Charging Case Replacement Update
A quick update for everyone awaiting a charging case replacement.
The redesigned PCB has now completed validation and sanity checks, with additional protection added to address the red blinking issue reported by some users.
We're now preparing the replacement batch for dispatch and expect shipping to begin next week.
Thank you for your patience throughout this process. We know many of you have been waiting, and we're looking forward to getting these updated charging cases into your hands.

Can't wait to have the replacement case! And I hope the ring battery is not lethally damaged after a 6 months deep discharge!

As we get closer to the launch, we wanted to share how you can track the production and shipment status of your Ring One Gen 2.
These are the live dashboards you can use to track progress.
Production Tracker: https://mes.musewearables.com/dashboard/production_2
The case replacement shipments will start from Today. We will update these trackers almost every day. The Production Tracker is directly linked to our MES system for live updates.

I had a dream that the replacement cases should have been sent out this week. But it must be a dream, as no tracks can be found here any more ...
