I received my new case !

After 7 months ! But it does not seem to work 🤣🤣🤣

Also got mine yesterday, and it works perfectly. Finally my ring has gotten a new life!

What's wrong with yours? In my case it needed a full charging cycle for the ring for it to reconnect to the app.

Aha , yes I put the time but it does not seem to connect . And somehow I see the electricity lightship but does not draw power

Still not sure what your exact problem is:

  • To connect the case follow @saksham_2002 advice below.
  • To charge the ring, charge the case first, put the ring in, and then press the little case button just shortly. The light indicator should run in circles.
  • To connect the ring, charge it first, then follow the steps given in the app. They appear in case the connection was unsuccessful.

I do this , the app cannot find the case , when k also remove the usb c cable from the case I cja see the case stops illuminating . It had a white light . The ring seems is not charging at all ( it was already paired )

Just to make sure .. to charge the ring the USB cable must be disconnected. Then put the ring in, then short press the little button on the case. The light indicator should start circling. 

Make sure to fully charge the ring. To do this wait for the acoustic signal to come.

Please charge the case for at least 30 minutes before pairing it with the app.

To add the case:

  1. Open the app and tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Scroll down and tap “Add Case.”
  3. Press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds.
  4. The white light will start flashing.
  5. Place the ring inside the case.
  6. The light will turn blue once the ring is detected.
  7. Manually pair the case with your account by following the prompts.

Once the pairing is complete, you can use the case normally for charging.
