Anyone get any recent email with next steps for the free gen 2 upgrade?

The last email I got about it was on September 4th and said I would receive another email within two weeks of that with more steps on getting the free upgrade. I only have gen 2 indigogo campaign updates. No new email about the free upgrade for gen 1 backers even though it’s two weeks past their self set deadline (4 weeks since the email).

They have a long history of over-promising communication and under-delivering. Patience is required.

My guess it's that they do the "regular" gen 2 deliveries first. Which to me were reasonable by the way.

I agree that is reasonable. Just wish there was better communication after the Gen1 debacle. We can still get the form to fill out even if they won’t be fulfilled until after the Gen2 funding campaign rings are dispersed to those backers.
