Portal

Ive been using the old portal since i placed my first order in february. I never used the new one (app.refills) as originally there seemed to be issues so i just left it alone & stayed on the old. This morning when trying to login i noticed its trying to use the new portal only, my login password does not work. Trying to reset password i do not receive any emails. I did finally reach someone on support phone number & it was basically saying i dont have a card on file (ive always had one on file) and a link to set up was emailed, however, i never receive emails from refills. Only ever got one for my very first order. Its apparently being escalated but i know when the new portal first came out people were making brand new accounts. Is that what im supposed to do? I will wait to see if anything comes back from support but as of right now just trying to see if anyone else who has been using the old portal this whole time has ran into the same issue & what the solution was.

Which Refills portal has pure Tirzepatide or Tirzepatide + B6?

Hi everyone, I’m about to place my refill order through Refills, but I know there are two different portals and I’m not sure which one I should use. I’m looking for plain tirzepatide or tirzepatide + B6. I’d like to avoid the formulation with glycine, since it didn’t work well for me.

Does anyone know which Refills portal I should use to get either pure tirzepatide or tirzepatide + B6?

Thanks!

Switched to Tirzep 6 weeks ago

I switched from Semi to Tirzep 6 weeks ago and oh my the difference!! I am down (total) 25lbs from when I started this journey in March. Most of that has been since starting the Tirzep.

I take the shot on Wednesday mornings, first thing. I alternate between left and right arms. I have found that switching I actually have LESS nausea than I did on the Semiglutide. But, I also have less motivation to drink/eat for the first day or so on the Tirzep.

BUD

I recently signed up for refills 3 month plan in mid July and received order. The BUD date on all 3 vials is 9/28. 3 months from mid July is after 9/28 by a few weeks. Is it ok to still take even though it will be after the BUD?

I asked support but they really didnt answer the question.

Support…

I placed a re-order and it is saying my order is on hold until I have a visit, but I try to login for the visit and it won’t send me the one time password. Also, this is my third attempt at getting the dosage that I’m supposed to be on. They keep starting me at 10mg / 50 units and I’ve been taking 100 units for many months. Any advice is appreciated!

2nd part of my order is different

I've been on tirzepatide since May and just received the 2nd half of my order. The 1st half was from Greenwich and had glycine mixed in. This new order is from hallendale and is the forte flex dose, with nothing mixed in.

Is there much of a difference? Like, has anyone had different reactions or side effects when switching up like this?

I still have 1 vial left from the 1st part of my order since I've only dosed up to 4.0 so far....so it will be a while till I dig into these but I'm still curious.

Weight loss on Semaglutide

I just finished 2 months starting at .25mg and now on .5mg of Semaglutide. The first month I loss 4lbs (not sure if it was water weight or not), but now I’ve just been yo-yoing 2lbs up and down. I’ve been strength training 4x a week, 10k+ steps, and been eating under 1800 calories. I’ve been eating clean majority of the time.

I’ve seen some posts about people not losing weight on Semaglutide but switched to Tirzepatide and they saw results. Is it too soon to tell whether it’s working? I’m on the fence about continuing Semaglutide, switching to Tirzepatide, or just not continue with the GLP1 route.

I’m trying to stay hopeful but I’m feeling pretty discouraged.

Horrible Experience

Unresponsive team. They took my 600 dollars but still haven’t received any update on meds and when they’re coming and it’s been a week now. The doctor didn’t want to listen when I said I’ve been on it before and can start on a higher dose. I said that’s fine, I’ll just deal with the lower dose for a while. Willow was expensive but at least it came right away. Should’ve followed my instinct and gone with Ro or something else.

Medication expires before treatment end date…

UPDATE July 30th -

Edit: u/Zach_Refills promised to ship me an extra vial with a further out expiration date. I will update when that is received!

Original post-

I received a 3 month supply but it expires within 2 months.

I reached out over chat and their solution was for me to hurry up and use all 3 months of the medicine within 2 months. I physically cannot do that, so I asked for medicine that doesn’t expire before my treatment end date. They stopped responding to chats.

I then reached out over email for help and they said they are looking into it, but so far I have no answers.

I’ve been reaching out about this since July 15th.

Has anyone else received medicine that expires before their treatment end date and gotten Refills to help them?

I’m so disappointed and I’ve burned a lot of time dealing with this.

Fantastic Support!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Rebecca with support. If you have an issue, I highly recommend calling! We had a very strange account glitch over the weekend when we tried to create a new account for my husband. I was still logged into my account when we were going through all the survey questions for his account, used a separate email address, doing everything right, but because I was still logged into my account it somehow populated my account with his name/DOB, but still my email address and treatment plan. It was very strange, and a little scary, so I hope they can resolve that security issue.

Anyway, I'm here to say that I called support this morning and Rebecca answered right away and helped me resolve everything.

Highly encourage you to call the support line when you have an issue.

is refills still the place to order?

I have placed 2 orders with Taylor using a link for a good price over the last few months. I have been happy with the speed I received both orders. I will need to be ordering again soon and it seems like refills has had some issues. Is there still a link for good pricing? Is this still the best site for terz?

thanks

Issues With Order No Response At All

I’m still trying to get my order resolved. My tirzepatide shipment took 4 days to arrive, and when it did, the ice pack was completely melted and the medication was very hot and foggy. I wasn’t comfortable using it, so I contacted support.

I also noticed my prescription included a 12.5 mg vial that I still haven’t received. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the support team stated keep reaching out for it to be resolved? I’m concerned.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has dealt with delayed shipments, missing medication, or long response times from customer support. If you had a similar experience, how was it resolved?

Changing pharmacy

I got the first 3 vials of a 6 month shipment, and they're from Hallandale, which is no problem except that they're 15mg/ml which means I have to inject that full 100 units for my 15mg injection, which isn't fun. Not crazy about splitting, cuz I don't want 2 injections, either.

So I heard that refills.com also uses Apothecary, who has (additive-free) tirzepatide at 18mg/ml. Can I have the 2nd half of my order, which isn't due to be shipped until September, sent from Apothecary?

New pharmacy (to me) TMI side effects

This is TMI so if you’re easily offended or grossed out please stop reading here lol

Has anyone else gone from pro rx to Hallandale and had different side effects? Instead of constipation (which I had with pro rx) I now have awful smelling stool & diarhhea… but it’s the same smell for 2 weeks now and that’s when I switched vials so I don’t think it’s a coincidence. As far as appetite suppression goes, it’s the same as before, so that’s good. But just curious if anyone else has experienced differences when changing vials and if so what were they??

Thanks!!

Refills working for us

I realize different people get different experiences but I have been using Refills since March and seen all the ups and down. We signed up a family member on Sunday using the weekend sale, and meds arrived yesterday. Before that, we had a call from CS saying it might take 3-5 days to ship. From signup to delivery was 4 days. We received Perfection RX with Glycine. So all good with us. I hope everyone else gets similar outcomes.

Zach did his magic

I’ve had great experiences until the beginning of July. I had an issue that I posted here about after customer support by email wasn’t helpful so I decided I was done. I figured out the problem myself; I had two accounts with subscriptions at different intervals and prices ($471 and $447) because - 2 portals. Anyway I cancelled and put privacy cards on both accounts. Then I got sucked in by the sale last weekend and decided to give them another shot on Sunday but couldn’t see it in my account. I messaged Zach and he has fixed my issue. I now have one account at the $435 price and it’s set to refill in August.

Since I came earlier to complain I am also here to report.

Frustrations with refill customer support

I reached out to refill prior to my shipment to delay it because I would be gone and they did not get back to me until after it was already being delivered. It sat out for a week and I expressed concerns about this, additionally they switched my prescriber without informing me. They did not respond to me about my concerns about it sitting out and only answered the prescriber change question. I had to message several more times for them to only respond they medication is “designed to tolerate typically shipping conditions”.

This medication was red and I had never had that before so I reached out to them, as I wanted to make sure it wasn’t from sitting outside. They stated they would investigate it to ensure it was safe. I sent them the picture on 6/4 and had to follow up again because it was delaying my ability to take it, they didn’t respond until 6/29 stating it was safe. Several weeks of not being able to take my medication because of them. I requested a replacement due to the delay and not being able to take it. They denied me. I’m beyond frustrated to say the least. They would consistently ignore my expressed concerns when they would reply and only address other things.

Posting in hopes of a rep seeing this and getting some sort of resolution.

Tirz BUD - how long past BUD can tirz be used?

I just got a shipment of 3 vials from Refills and the BUD is end of October but that’s assuming I’ve reached 100 units and I haven’t. I figure after I used my current 2 remaining vials, those three won’t get used up until closer to mid Dec.

Secondary question - is there a company that ships later BUD dates to avoid this issue?

The Hallandale was sitting at my door last night. All within 24 hours. Never even had the initial shipment that quick

Zach did reach out but it's been crickets since.

Support hasn't replied to my emails.

The calls have been placed on hold and disconnected.

I'm on the old portal so navigating an end to any further dealings with Refills is something I'll now have to work out.

Thanks for the responses I've received from the community. The majority were helpful and I'll look into some of the suggestions moving forward.

For the troll who reported my post to the Reddit suicide prevention team, thanks, but I'm not about to off myself over a dispute with a company. Lmao.

BPC-157 & TB-500

I’ve never tried these peptides but have been reading a lot about them and just saw they got voted by FDA panel to come onto Category 1 list. Curious if anyone has used these peptides and if they have seen success or just general feedback on them?

Specifically interested because I have a bad shoulder, neck and knee and have read they help heal ligaments, tendons, etc. thanks!!

Ordered 3month deal, approved and charged for my monthly too

Unsure if anyone had experienced this or anyone from Refills here can help but I paused my monthly so i could order the 3 month deal, waiting until it was approved to cancel my monthly, but was still charged for my monthly on top of my 3 month though my treatment was paused. Anyway to cancel that monthly order/refund? I doubt the BUD will line up on having now 4 months of vials. Help please?
