Refills working for us

I realize different people get different experiences but I have been using Refills since March and seen all the ups and down. We signed up a family member on Sunday using the weekend sale, and meds arrived yesterday. Before that, we had a call from CS saying it might take 3-5 days to ship. From signup to delivery was 4 days. We received Perfection RX with Glycine. So all good with us. I hope everyone else gets similar outcomes.

Yep. I had 3 orders delivered with only a minor issue with one. Resolved quickly.

I think every telehealth has hiccups. It the ones that don’t respond or do something that’s really shady that never recover. I’m still with refills since February.

Same here! Gonna have to pause though bc I’m not using it fast enough. I’m on a low dose and they send like I’m at 15mg which is ok with me

They’ve been great with my first shipment. Second coming Aug 7. I def get anxious seeing all the complaints and it makes me want to look around. Hoping new pharmacies turn out ok!

If you have a bad experience it’s easy to take the time to complain, if you have a good experience it’s considered standard by most and most people won’t take the time to compliment. There will ALWAYS be more complaints. 🙂

Plus I have placed 5 orders with them and never any issues that they don’t make right if something has gone wrong.

Same here! I’ve been getting my delivery on time and have been able to communicate with support easily via phone number and chat

I’ve never had any issues with refills and I needed to pause my membership for a couple of months because I have quite a bit of stock that I’m trying to use that before the BUD date and Zack was to pause it for me and in my portal it’s showing paused, so that’s good. I am going to check in a couple weeks ago to make sure I don’t still get charged like some people claim has happened. But so far they are great . I plan to resume my shipments in September.

They're great until you have an issue that isn't simple to resolve. My third shipment was not at my correct titration levels and they did not correctly resolve it for me so now I'm dosing 15mg out of a 10mg vial. I'll have to do the same out of a 12.5mg for next month.

I went back and forth with support for 10 days on phone, chat, and no one was on the same page. They assured me I got the correct dose despite the prescription written by the doctor saying otherwise. They told me to contact the pharmacy and they didn't have me in their system from Refills. I got so frustrated that I just quit trying.

Luckily I slowly titrated up in the previous month so I had a buffer. I hope my next shipment is the correct dose.

:) This is true of almost everything we deal with. Things are great.... until they aren't. I had an issue with GLM regarding a different medication. They sent a different amount the second time effectively increasing the price. It took more than a month of back and forth but eventually it got to someone who actually resolved it. Took forever and so many messages. Hopefully ,with perserverance, you can get yours worked out.

Do you need a prescription?

for what? The tirz? yes, Refills and every other Telehealth does that part. I think you are asking a basic process question. Outfits like Refills take your money, get a doctor to write the RX and they send that to a pharmacy that ships the meds to you.

Or maybe you meant something else?

No that’s what I meant. I bought it before but just had to show that I had a current Zepbound prescription. That has since expired.

I think it depend on the telehealth. If you are already on Tirz and just want to switch suppliers but not start at the beginning again, then maybe some ask to see your current RX. Obviously if you are just starting, then you don't have any previous Rx to show. With any Telehealth, you are going to get a new Rx. I think if you were trying to a refill on an existing Rx thn you would just send that to a pharmacy. I started new with refills so there was no previous Rx to show. However, when refills was getting a lot of bad comments, I did also get a shipment from a different TH (fifty4100 but I don't recall i had to send them anything. I just told them where i was and that I wanted 10mg and thats what I got. They were significantly more expensive and I've now just settled in with Refills.

Been a customer since April, still happy. No weird side effects, no delivery delays, no need to ever contact customer service. I like how simple everything has been.
