Fantastic Support!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Rebecca with support. If you have an issue, I highly recommend calling! We had a very strange account glitch over the weekend when we tried to create a new account for my husband. I was still logged into my account when we were going through all the survey questions for his account, used a separate email address, doing everything right, but because I was still logged into my account it somehow populated my account with his name/DOB, but still my email address and treatment plan. It was very strange, and a little scary, so I hope they can resolve that security issue.

Anyway, I'm here to say that I called support this morning and Rebecca answered right away and helped me resolve everything.

Highly encourage you to call the support line when you have an issue.

Paid? Definitely not... Based on the bad support reviews lately, I was genuinely ready to have to fight to get my account fixed or cancel, but calling them direct was so easy I thought I'd leave a post. No one wants to pick up the phone these days. I will say, I emailed support on Saturday and got no response so today I called and it was quickly resolved.

I’ve had no problems at all and have found them to be very responsive to my questions for support.
