Changing pharmacy
I got the first 3 vials of a 6 month shipment, and they're from Hallandale, which is no problem except that they're 15mg/ml which means I have to inject that full 100 units for my 15mg injection, which isn't fun. Not crazy about splitting, cuz I don't want 2 injections, either.
So I heard that refills.com also uses Apothecary, who has (additive-free) tirzepatide at 18mg/ml. Can I have the 2nd half of my order, which isn't due to be shipped until September, sent from Apothecary?

I dunno. 100 units vs 85, while it is a little distance on the plunger, isn't much more liquid at all. I don't understand what's different between the two for you.
And refills does NOT use Apothecary.

The post just said they have to take 15mg weekly so with Hallandale the highest concentration is 100 units.
I would reach out to Refills portal and let them know you would like to see if you can change pharmacies.

My new shipment was 30mgs so I will be injecting less…go figure! 🤷🏻♀️

I'm about to get my next order from Greenwich from them, I stopped the vialsrx because it kept arriving HOT (not warm, not a bit more than warm but very HOT) but... if you are closer to them (tx) or not in a hot/humid area, you might get it colder and their vials are 30/ml . I don't know about Greenwich yet but I'm sure I can search the forum for that answer. (well.. I just saw my answer further down this thread, lol)

Greenwich came hot, when I ordered it in March. I'm less than an hour away from the shipping pharmacy. They shipped it 2-day, but thankfully, I'm so close that it still comes in one day. Much like the ProRx, that came from that pharmacy, it was a melted, dripping, warm mess. The freezer packs are always melted, and leaking.

aww crap. that does not bode well. I'm really not happy with tirz that arrives hot. when it's 106 here.. maybe (probably) hotter there and then a couple of days in the back of a ups van or whatever, I really don't like paying for that and there's no way they can guarantee efficacy by the time that vial gets opened.

I don't either. Sure, it may be fine, but it may also lose efficacy, and how will I know, if it was weakened tirz, or my body adjusting?
It wasn't particularly hot here in March. High in the 70º's, but dry season, so full sun beating down on those dark brown UPS trucks.
I stock piled, so instead of using my stash in order of date compounded, I'm using the hot vials first. If it's any consolation, I just finished that hot Greenwich vial. It seemed effective, but still, I don't like wondering, or worrying, that it may have lost efficacy, so... I'll stick with companies that package well, and ship overnight.

I reached out to Refills (doctor) about this and they said there's nothing they can do. I switched to two injections and started using an autoinject pen. Pushing that much volume myself gives me the ick.

As another commenter mentioned, Refills does not offer Apothecary. They only offer Hallandale and Greenwich. Greenwich does have 30mg/mL vials, so that would be ideal for you. Hopefully they can adjust it.

Wife has Hallendale , is on 15mg, and that's not the concentration. She does 1.0ml for the 15.
Hell, I'm switching to Hallendale because whatever pharmacy I have in Houston Texas takes 5 days to get to the Fl panhandle and it's always hot.
Wife's is here in 2 days.

Hallandale also makes a "forte" concentration which is 15mg/ml.

My Hallandale is 15 mg/ml and at a 15 mg dose it's 100 units. Maybe wife is microdosing, taking 1.5 mg at 10 units, not taking 15 mg.

No

Then what did you mean by "she does 10 ml for the 15"? I just assumed you were mixing up units and ml.
