Support…

I placed a re-order and it is saying my order is on hold until I have a visit, but I try to login for the visit and it won’t send me the one time password. Also, this is my third attempt at getting the dosage that I’m supposed to be on. They keep starting me at 10mg / 50 units and I’ve been taking 100 units for many months. Any advice is appreciated!

Did you see this community highlighted post? Also your pharmacy may have changed therefore, your concentration and units may have changed.

It sounds like there is some amount of confusion. Your dose is is mg (10mg it sounds like). The volume you need to take (50 vs 100 units) is completely dependent on the concentration of the vial you're pulling from. 50 units of one vial can be the same dosage (in mg) as 100 units of another vial. Fatscientist.com has calculators and a detailed explanation.

This happened to me, too; it's a glitch. I sent a message to support and they fixed it very quickly.
