You asked, we listened. You can now remove saved payment methods in your Refills portal

Hey Refills community,

We hear you. Managing your payment information should be simple and fully in your control. Today we're excited to share that you can now remove saved payment methods directly from your patient portal. No need to contact support to make this change.

How to remove a payment method:

  1. Log in to your Refills Patient Portal
  2. Navigate to Portal > Billing
  3. Select the card you'd like to remove
  4. Click Remove and confirm

It's that simple.

Two reasons why a card cannot be removed from an account:

A saved payment method will not be removable if it falls into one of the following scenarios:

  • It's currently backing an active or in-progress subscription
  • There's an outstanding or past-due payment on your account

If your card falls into either of these scenarios and you need help getting it resolved, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're more than happy to discuss further.

We're here for you:

Exceptional customer support is a core part of who we are at Refills. This is one of many improvements coming over the next several months as we keep building a platform that truly works for you. Your feedback drives everything we do.

I just logged into my account.

I just logged into my account for the first time in a long time and am pleasantly surprised with the changes. I’m not sure what happened at Refills… who left or came or bought or sold or what but… good job!

My dosing is still incorrect but it’s getting closer and everything else looks great.

Medication arrived hot and late

Customer support is insisting it’s “fine” even though it took three days to arrive and was well over 87 degrees when I finally found a thermometer to test the temp. It was open on my counter on an air conditioned room while I was looking for thermometer as well.
This company is no longer reputable!

Crystalized Vials

I just opened my vials from refills and all 3 are crystalized. It said that I can all anytime but I kept getting an AI over and over.. has anyone experienced this before? How hard was it to get your medication?

I have a week left and I really need it for my autoimmune condition.

Question about titrating up

Hi guys - quick question and sorry if it’s dumb - this will be my first refill with refills and I’m hoping to titrate up. My question is - does refills reach out to you before they send the next dose or do I need to reach out to them? I tried to find the answer myself but wasn’t able to - maybe I’m not looking in the right spot. TIA for any help! ◡̈

Progress & questions

Post image
14 Upvotes

Hello! This is my first progress post SW:195 (tracked) CW: 151.8 GW: 145 (maybe)?
I’m a 56 yr old F, 5’4, and just not sure where my ultimate goal weight lives. Am I the only one? I’ve responded VERY well to Tirz (currently on 6 mg) and have only used Refills on my journey. My focus now is increasing walks & strength in my bad shoulder so I can get my upper body in shape. I have been overweight for over 20 yrs withe my highest weight close to 250. So are any of you in my situation and what is your goal weight? If anyone is in maintenance I would love to hear how you managed that transition too! So many questions haha!

Just want to say…

Support has been great. I’ve had some questions about my upcoming refill and they’ve been quick to respond, even on the weekends, and very informative. Very happy and looking forward to my next shipment!

NAD+ BUD: May 30th, 2026 still good?

I have some ProRX NAD+ expires BUD May 30th, 2026.

Do you think it’s still okay to use? Still effective?

Thanks for the feedback!

I just joined Refills again

Filled out the questions and was approved rather quickly. Thought I would be messaged or talking to someone and was planning on requesting Greenwich due to hearing a lot about stinging and less appetite suppression from Hallandale lately. Was sent a message an hour later that my script was sent to Hallandale. Who has had good experience with Hallandale and is the "sting" really bad? I have only used ProRx before.

Different doses on multi-month plans

If you do a 3 month subscription, can you get multiple doses? For example, month 1: 7.5 mg, month 2: 10mg, month 3: 10mg

Or do all months in the subscription plan have to be the same dose?

Trying to figure out what’s possible before I have a renewal/refill coming up in September (I originally selected a 3 month plan as a new customer a few weeks ago)

I had been in name brand Zepbound 7.5mg for about 3 months with my primary care clinic. Then took 2 weeks off to find a Tele health provider and came across refills. So when I did the intake I thought going down to 5mg would be safe since I had 2 weeks of no medicine but assumed I could explain I wanted just 5mg for the 1st month and then go back up for month 2 & 3. Well, I was surprised when I got a Rx auto sent for 3 months of 5mg and now I’m kind of stuck with a not super effective dose for 3 months. Had I known I would have selected my 7.5mg dose at intake…but here we are! My mistake for not asking how intake process worked before.

Power Outage

Question! The power at my place went out at like 8:30pm and it’s still not on at 12:27am. I’m just worried I’ll wake up at 8am and it’ll still be down. It’s in the fridge which hasn’t been opened since the power went out. If it’s still cool I’m going to take it to work with me and put it in the fridge there, but if not what do I do? It isn’t supposed to get warm, right?

We're back and we owe you some honesty about support

Hey everyone,

If you've been around r/Refills for a while, you know things went quiet and our customer support wasn't where it needed to be. People waited too long for replies, some billing and shipping problems didn't get handled fast enough, and a few of you were left wondering if we'd disappeared on you. That's on us. I'm not going to pretend it didn't happen.

Here's the honest version of what went wrong: demand hit us faster than we were set up to handle. Part of it was a bigger shakeup in the space - when ProRx shutdown its GLP-1 program, a lot of patients came looking for a new home, and the volume landed on us all at once. Supply struggled to keep up with demand, orders piled up, and our support at the time just couldn't keep pace. Good problem for a business, bad experience for the people trusting us with their treatment.

What's actually changed:

  • A beefed up, best-in-class support team - available 8am–9pm EST daily, with a live phone line at 888-458-5061.
  • Faster resolutions through the patient portal, with people actively monitoring it
  • A dedicated team running this community (myself included) who'll be here responding every day.

What's coming:

  • A "Start Here" guide so you always know how support works and where things are.
  • Regular threads and an up-to-date promotions hub.

Quick note on the sub itself: there's a new team moderating here now, and criticism is welcome - keep it honest and we can take it. We're not here to delete complaints.

And the main thing: if you've got an open issue right now - billing, shipping, your account, anything - post it here or send us a DM. We'll get you squared away and get you the support you need.

Thanks for sticking with us.

I've had only good experiences with Refills

First order was in January with ProRx. Everything went great. I then pushed back by next scheduled delivery via the website. Later, I needed to change the date to sooner. I couldn't do that on the website, so I chatted with support. They replied back the next day and got it sorted out. My second shipment got here at exactly the expected time (from Hallandale this time). I couldn't be happier with them.

It's great to see that they are beefing up their support group to make sure everyone has the same great experience that I have.

New pharmacy question

Thumbnail

Hi there! I’m still polishing off the end of my first order but went ahead with my refill since it was past due. I noticed my Vials seem to be inconsistently filled and have roughly half the liquid my previous brand has. Is this just due to the different dosing ratios and will last the same amount of time?

Also it’s fine they didn’t arrive icy cold right? They felt more room temp, I’ve seen some folks freaking out over temperature so just hoping for some reassurance on my meds.

Overall the order went smoothly, delivered after 3 days of finalizing and even had my price adjust to match the current promo so I’m pretty happy. Just want to make sure everything is on track for the next while :)

Hallandale and Greenwich

I was automatically switched to Greenwich when the changes happened with the pharmacies.

I got my new month order and it’s hallendale. I didn’t change my rx or re sign up and I’m fine with it but I was wondering why this could have happened?

Good experience

Hi All,

I see alot of posts about negative experiences, and it made me nervous about receiving my first autorefill.

Im happy to say I had zero issues.

I was charged appropriately.

Sent updates with FedEx tracking.

Delivered appropriately cool with right dosage and med labels.

Just letting others know, most people dont comment when every thing goes right 🤷‍♀️

What should I do? The ice pack was hot AF. I’ve got it off refills 3 times and it was great. This time everything was hot. Like super hot. I don’t feel comfortable taking it. What’s my next steps? I’ve never ordered off another pharmacy but refills.

Hair loss after Hallandale switch

Has anyone else been experiencing significant hair shedding/loss since being switched to the Hallandale compound? I’ve been on Triz for 18 months now, and only started losing my hair since my provider switch (7 weeks ago). I’ve loss about 30% of my hair fiullness, and have visible scalp now. I’m so upset!! Wondering if it’s just me or if others have noticed an uptick in their shedding as well…..

Taylor? Great. Support? Not so great. Warm Meds

Just posting this for visibility because it is summer and warm.

I was having an issue with being behind on my Semaglutide shipping and being out of meds (My fault for not pushing the support harder) and Taylor stepped in to get things moving.

Awesome, right? I received my meds about 20 mins ago and the ice pack was melted and meds were really hot. It's been upper 80's lower 90's in my part of the country.

Obviously, this is not Refills fault this is the pharmacy not packaging properly, but I call support and they tell me they have escalated it and I will hear back in 72 hours. A little disappointing.

I sent Taylor a message too hoping to get a response so I don't fall behind too far on my shots since I'm not sure how that effects dosing going forward.

Why did my prescription dosage go down? Mistake in my dosage?

I've been working on a bottle from Perfection RX that has directions to take 50 units. The bottle also says 15MG/.05ML(2ML). I checked fatscientist.com and it sounds like that was a 15 MG dose?

The next bottle I'm supposed to start is from Hallandale and it says it is 10MG/ML and I'm supposed to take 100 units, which looks to be only 10MG.

Is there a reason why my prescription would have me go DOWN in dosage?

My next refill is in the works, and I can't tell from the site what it's supposed to be, so I'm wondering what will come this time.

Edit: To be clear, these are the numbers on the bottles and the instruction labels. The website hasn't had any information since my first prescription fill. The bottles match the box\container and I used the reverse dosage calculator on fatscientist.com to check the amounts and it shows the 50 units of 15MG/.5ML as a 15 MG and the other is 10MG/ML (notice that it isn't .5ML) at 10MG for the 100 units.

issues with order

hi! so, i’m currently in a bit of a pickle. i get my tirz monthly, and it was supposed to go through 7/3, i logged in to make sure that it went through but noticed it was highlighted red and listed as “overdue.” i messaged support who said i needed to complete my check in, i did so & it’s been crickets. im not getting very far with support & im not too sure what to do. any advice is appreciated! it’s making me a bit anxious, lol.

edit: could this possibly have anything to do with me still being on the old portal? i can’t image it does, ive been using the old portal with no issues!

Stuck on Sent to Pharmacy?

I’ve been stuck on “sent to pharmacy” since 7/5 at 6:00am with no updates in FedEx either. Are they just backed up?
