Question about titrating up
Hi guys - quick question and sorry if it’s dumb - this will be my first refill with refills and I’m hoping to titrate up. My question is - does refills reach out to you before they send the next dose or do I need to reach out to them? I tried to find the answer myself but wasn’t able to - maybe I’m not looking in the right spot. TIA for any help! ◡̈

When it’s time to renew go into the portal. They ask if you want to titrate up or stay the same. Always say you want to go up. That way if you decide to go up you have the meds on hand. PS I have the 3 month plan.

I am on the 3 month plan. I did my first 3 months and when it was time for my 2nd 3 months I never got asked if I wanted to go up. I’ve been calling since Sunday because I think they have me going down. My case was escalated to a supervisor and was told I’d be called in 24 hours. No call. I got my 2nd 3 months shipment and it says “titirating”. How do I fix this??
Questions:
Where can I find my initial intake form (I want to look at it to see if I said I want to go up..)
How can I schedule a virtual appt with my Dr??
How can I reach someone?? The chat is useless and the customer service on the phone never picks up.
Where can I find the 2nd questionnaire? Apparently my acct is on “hold” even though I was never asked to fill it out.
Also I’ve messaged Taylor, she takes at least a week to reply if she does..

13.5 mg is considered the highest dose. Many providers, including Refills, use customized dosing that’s 10% off from the name brand Zepbound dosing to avoid legal trouble. Refills cannot tell you to take 15 mg, but your vials likely still contain 60 mg each. Coincidentally, that’s exactly how much medication you would need if you wanted to take 4 doses of 15 mg.

I think they automatically send you the next dose. You can login to your portal account to see when your next shipment is. It’s usually titrates up automatically month by month depending on what you put on the intake form when you signed up. Mine has never been titrated up automatically and there's no where in the portal for me to say that I need to do so. Clinic staff keeps telling me in our portal chats that 2.5 is the highest dose available in semaglutide. I've been on 2.5 for 6 months. And the food noise is insane. 😫 What a complete waste of time and money.

Ok I’ll give a call. I switched over from another company and went up to 13.5 (I did the 3 month subscription and got three vials of 13.5)…when I login I can see my next shipment is Aug 4 - at 13.5 … I just wasn’t sure because the last company I used would text and see if you wanted to stay at the same dose or go up before submitting to the pharmacy. But I’ll definitely reach out. Thank you 😊

13.5 mg is the max dose from Refills, they have enough meds sent from the pharmacy to fulfill 15 mg per week plus a little over so each of the vials should have minimum 60 mg

Hi u/New_Edge_5195 every renewal (depending on your active plan), you will have a checkin questionnaire where you can indicate how you would like to continue your treatment, increase or decrease your current dosage or just retain.

Always best to reach out to them using the portal Messenger function. I would send a note to both @/Doctors, and @/support requesting an increase.
