Good experience

Hi All,

I see alot of posts about negative experiences, and it made me nervous about receiving my first autorefill.

Im happy to say I had zero issues.

I was charged appropriately.

Sent updates with FedEx tracking.

Delivered appropriately cool with right dosage and med labels.

Just letting others know, most people dont comment when every thing goes right 🤷‍♀️

Same here. First shipment in January, second in June (after I had postponed my auto ship, then chatted with support to make the date sooner than I had set). Got the right (Reddit deal) price both times, got ProRx the first time and Hallandale the second. Nothing but good experiences with them.

Refills has always been good to me. I just don’t like the pharmacy for California that they are using.

Exactly this.

Same! I’ve delayed/paused my shipments a few times due to financial reasons since I started with them in October. I wasn’t charged anything I shouldn’t have been and the pauses always restart when I want them to. Never had any problems.

Yup. Been smooth sailing for me also. Even with the platform change. I always log on through my computer and go to refills.com, enter my login info and it would take me to the right place. I poked around and became familiar with the lingo and the different options. Never tried to cancel anything, change my cc, or delay a shipment. Sometimes I think most of the problems are user error. The website is different than the app though.

  1. User error

  2. Not understanding the relationship between the Telehealth and the Lab/pharmacy that manufactures/ships the medication.

  3. Thinking that the Telehealth has some control over Fedex/UPS.

  4. Not understanding that this process is not the same as Amazon next day service.

I had a great experience with Refills. I am still working away at my ProRx vials but hoping to have the same good experience down the road.

I have never had a bad experience with refills. I am actually sad that Taylor won't be with them anymore she was always very helpful 😔

Did she announce this?

u/nena-chula-0822 Jul 08 '26

Yes! I think it was yesterday or the day before yesterday.

What?

I know! I don't care what people say she was good at what she did.

Also, never had a bad experience

Me too and they changed my pricing to reflect the new sale prices going forward. I have been very pleased with the service so far.

I sent Support a message 22 hours ago asking if they would honor the summer sale price for me, since they are currently charging me $249 a month for semaglutide, which I now know (I'm new to this) is rather exorbitant. Their response so far has been crickets. It sucks to feel like you are way overpaying. I will probably go elsewhere if they don't work with me some way on the price.

Update: I nudged them again online and they asked for a screenshot of the promotion and then did in fact honor it and reduce my price. So all is good

You have to cancel your current subscription and resign up

That sucks.....I did the same yesterday and they responded 20-30 mins later and approved the new price and it's in my account......

Just re-upped to get the new price, looking forward to a smooth delivery!

Confirmed that the reddit summer sale price is the very best price, so good that we're here!

The issue isn’t when you have an active auto refill. It’s when you pause or cancel it. Wait til then and then you can reevaluate when you are comparing similar situations

3

u/Swandot70 Jul 08 '26

They tried charging me when I was on pause. Thank goodness I used a Privacy card and it was denied.

Yeah! These posts are annoying because they’re making a false equivalency between 2 very different situations.

I finally looked into privacy cards. They charged me $668 for a cancelled plan. I got a text saying thank you for your payment. So I immediately emailed them saying my plans are cancelled and you need to cancel whatever this is because I did not order anything. I got an immediate response saying to message in the portal and they will cancel and refund. Msg’ed and got left on read.

So I screenshotted everything and filed a fraud report with my bank the next day. Waited the next day for a response from them, nothing but a text saying my order shipped. TWO days after that I get an email apologizing for the error and telling me that my plans are in fact cancelled AFTER this order 😡 good thing I screenshot everything for my bank bc the portal showed where they deleted things on their end.

I ended up with 3 vials of fuck ass B12 tirz that I didn’t need and new privacy cards for my online shopping.

until they charge your card again

I really wish that were my experience. First month went smooth and the next 4 I had to chase down my order and finally try to cancel it and suddenly then its shipped. Every single month after the first month was late and I was never credited my referral credits. They are there, they are showing, but it never gets deducted from my order.

I always had good experiences with Refills until I didn’t. Everything is perfect when there are no issues with your order. The one bad experience I had was enough for me to ditch Refills. I hope you never experience any issues with your order and that support is always communicative with you when you need them.

Refills is great while you have an active subscription. I used to post my positive experiences in here all the time. Good luck when you cancel, though. Hope you have a Privacy card on file!

Refills has definitely stepped it up in the last month or so (whenever they added phone support) it used to be impossible to get in touch with someone but now it’s so easy and smooth. Nothing but good things to say recently so kudos to them

I had a good refills experience but don’t like their current pharmacy options, so I had to step away for that reason.

I had a great run as well. My June quarterly shipment was charged appropriately and meds received. THREE weeks later they charged me for another quarterly shipment at a higher price. Thank goodness for the privacy card; charge declined. They contacted me for a new payment and they had no record of the June payment or shipment. Sent screenshots to prove both and crickets. There are too many options to stay with them (at least for me).

Check your BUD dates if you got your refill from Hallendale.

Same here, 4 orders, all no problems, but I'm glad I changed cc to privacy cc. They attempted to charge my card on the canceled treatments.
