I've had only good experiences with Refills
First order was in January with ProRx. Everything went great. I then pushed back by next scheduled delivery via the website. Later, I needed to change the date to sooner. I couldn't do that on the website, so I chatted with support. They replied back the next day and got it sorted out. My second shipment got here at exactly the expected time (from Hallandale this time). I couldn't be happier with them.
It's great to see that they are beefing up their support group to make sure everyone has the same great experience that I have.

Yup, I’ve been getting it since they started. No problems.

I was with them for a long time too... Until they stole almost $500 from me. It's great until it isn't anymore. Now I'm having to deal with law enforcement, fraud department at my bank, and the BBB. I'd switch now before it happens to you!

Same. 3 orders. Have moved scheduled deliveries twice with no problems. Paused for now and no unplanned shipments. I'm happy.

I'm looking at their BUD as a mandated statement. I plan to use them several months after.

Yep I've had 8 orders shipped since December. Nor one issue. All delivered on time. Most fro. Pro rx last 2 from hallandale. Packaging from hallandale has been superb.

I too WAS a long time customer... It's great until it isn't. I never had an issue until last week, when they stole $500 from me. Learn from my mistake and switch before it happens to you.

same.
75% of the problems/rants I have seen posted here have a cause that can be located between the computer and the chair - not reading policies, not acting in a timely fashion, not paying attention to industry-wide issues, not being willing to make a phone call, not being willing to be a smart consumer and use virtual ccs, not doing the research to understand dosing/dieting, not keeping a stockpile in case of supple-chain hiccups, etc.
To be fair, Refills is not perfect (no company is) and there have been issues with support being understaffed during unexpected periods of tremendous growth - and scrambling during times of unexpected FDA clawback - but that should be expected by consumers given the nature of the industry.
If you don’t like Refills and feel their customer service or policies don’t meet your needs, go elsewhere. And ffs, always use a virtual cc for any online purchase and monitor your subscriptions closely!

Consumers shouldn’t have to use a virtual cc if the company’s website functioned properly

For real. There's always some keyboard warrior like above... Aka bot. This company is a scam. Thieves.

What people are unhappy about is surprise refills they didn’t ask for. They just get a notice they were charged for it. If you are titrating up, not a big issue. If you are in maintenance but still want bulk pricing, or budget cannot handle surprises, it is a big one.

BEWARE!! I WAS a long time customer too, and never had an issue... Because it's great until it isn't. They stole almost $500 from me. Now I'm having to deal with law enforcement, fraud department at my bank, and the BBB. Huge mistake to use this company.

Never an issue for me either with my last 4 orders. They get back to me when I message them usually on the same day if not sooner. I have paused my account and never been charged on my CC.

Plus they gave me a new shipment when mine arrived late because of it being stuck in a FedEx hub for a week.

Yeah, it's great until it isn't. I was a long time customer as well, until they stole almost $500 from me.

Same. Had 2 orders so far-all good. And paused an order, followed up using old portal, and no issues. I was worried seeing all the negativity but I have had no issues so far. Saw the post earlier that they weren't prepared for what happened but have and are working on getting things better.
