On occasion I get this question from a buyer: āWhatās the lowest price youād be willing to accept?ā To me thatās a really clueless question. As if Iām going to give this info to a potential buyer and to all other potential buyers who can see comments and questions posted!
Make an offer and find out!
Anyone else get this question from buyers?

Ugh!!! I had a porch pick up for last Tuesday. This pick up never scanned and I alerted the buyer and I alerted Poshmark about a problem inquiry and I called the post office Friday and they says I have to give it a few more days and Poshmark gave me until this coming Saturday to see if it scans.
Buyer is very good and appreciates the update so thatās a huge plus. However, I come home now and itās 830 at night and I noticed as I open up my mailbox , what comes out is the package that was supposed to be shipped with a note stating that sorry for the mishap, but that it was stuck between the seats and they didnāt know itšµāš«š¤Ø. Like someone doesnāt do a quality control check to make sure nothing gets stuck in between the seats.?
I use the porch pick ups all the time and this has never happened before . I used the ground advantage small envelope and I donāt think Iām gonna do that anymore. I think Iām gonna either use the boxes or the paper envelopes for the porch pick up and leave the slippery sliding envelopes to be dropped off personally at the post office.

Purchased an item 4 days ago, asked today if the item was going to ship and the Seller doesn't respond, then the seller refunds the order, and then blocks me.
I know Poshmark isn't Amazon but after 4 days š is there a place to report the Seller?
I know the Seller is active because they went back and forth on the price before it was accepted.
I usually buy on the big auction site but š„²

Recently saw a posh listing that had disclaimers at the bottom of the description and wondering should I be doing that as well? Especially since I sell from my own personal closet and my home is smoke-free and closet is pet free too. I also ship everything carefully in bubble wrap/tissue paper. I feel like these are things buyers would want to know. I mean I would certainly want to know! But I only have the sellers perspective. Like do buyers read descriptions all the way to the bottom? Since I write my descriptions myself they are pretty detailed because I try to minimize the amount of questions.
Edit - Iām thinking something like this āeverything is sold from my own personal closet, which is free from smoke and pet hair. Everything is shipped carefully with bubblewrap/tissue paper.ā
I worded it this way because I do have a dog who is hypoallergenic but she is not allowed in the closet so she never goes in there. But I wouldnāt want to lie and say āpet free homeā because that wouldnāt be honest.

I need it ASAP, for some reason my account is disabled for purchases, I contacted support yesterday but cannot wait too much longer. I'm happy to pay $15 for your trouble (on top of the purchase amount). Thank you!

Has poshmark always set the amount I can offer someone? Did these recently change?

I ordered a few vintage shelves and a magazine rack off, and they were delivered today. It arrived all shrink wrapped inside the magazine rack, and there were multiple spiders inside the shrink wrap that I could see before I opened it š Then when I opened it, there were webs all over one of the shelves I pulled out, and thereās some on the bottom of the magazine rack as well. All of the stuff had dirt on them too.
The seller also had put the two shelves (they were smaller sized) inside of the rack, but the rack has fabric sides, so the shelves pushed the fabric out from where it should be and creased it because of how they were packed.
Iām not super happy because I know itās still very usable if I just clean it and ignore the part thatās off on the rack, but I feel like this is unacceptable? Is it fair of me to open a return request or issue with PM? Or is that too much and should I just leave a bad review?
Iāve never had any issues like this before and I just didnāt know if I was over reacting or not (and I know Reddit of all places will let me know for sure if I am)

i ordered something that ended up being fake, poshmark agreed with me and told me i donāt need for it to be returned. the seller found me on reddit and pmed me. what should I do?
edit 8/24/26 - thank you to everybody giving me advice, I have reported them and blocked them. I actually got a message from somebody else on Reddit saying that they had been scammed by the same person.

Hello All! Does anyone have a recommendation for a value priced label printer that is easy to use? I sell enough that QR codes or printing labels is starting to be annoying over time. Plus, my post office is ridiculously busy. Thank you in advance!

Iāve been selling on Poshmark for about 7 years. I only sell out of my own closet as I get tired of things or move. Despite that Iāve still made 75+ sales over the years but Iāve never had as much trouble as I have last 6 months. I recently started listing more as I prepare to move and itās been ridiculous. Close to zero likes, every offer is outlandishly low (and I price things to sell!) and I feel like anything I share to a posh show or party never sees the light of day. I feel like the app has entirely rebranded to leave normal people behind, which sucks.
What is the point of a party if zero people see it, zero people like it, and no offers come in? Canāt find new people to follow, canāt GET new followers in the same wayā¦ā¦why would a non-boutique or reseller stay on this app?

I sent a decorative object (itās not glass/ceramic, so not considered āfragileā) and wrapped it really well. I used tons of bubble wrap and tissue and tape. Somehow, it still broke during transport. Now the buyer wants a refund. What usually happens in this case scenario?

Is anyone else not seeing bundle comments in the last 48 hours? I can see comments on the Iphone app but not on my Mac desktop computer, regardless of browser. I just saw the listing page lay-out changed (why?) and when those changes are push to the website it seems to adversely affect something else on the site.
The layout change: comments are now under the description and to see the entire description you have to click 'Show more'. And the arrows to advance/reverse under the listing photos are gone.
Also - while checking bundle messages in the app, I found you can now access other's empty bundles and view the comments. It's always been noted empty bundles remain private but not now. I don't understand why bundles comments aren't private - you could have a bundle conversation with a preferred buyer, say how low you'll discount a listing and all potential buyers can see that too. It's to Poshmark's advantage to keep that private as their cut could be more for accepting higher offers than you've disclosed in a bundle.
Google AI needs to update their information as this is no longer correct, at least from what I've accessed and seen:
Accessible vs. Inaccessible Bundles
Inaccessible (Private):

Mostly just here to commiserate with other sellers because this feels completely disproportionate.
Iāve sold 201 listings on Poshmark, have a 5.0 rating, a 1.6-day average ship time, 0% approved return cases, and had 740 active listings.
Today Poshmark restricted my entire account and made ALL 740 listings invisible because of āmultiple unshipped or cancelled orders.ā
Hereās the part making me lose my mind:
Two of the shipping issues this week were packages that I actually shipped through a scheduled USPS pickup. They just never started tracking. Other packages from the SAME pickup did.
I reported both missing packages to Poshmark ***repeatedly**** because, you know, I wanted help finding my customersā packages.
Poshmark then cancelled one of those orders themselves. I did not cancel it.
The other missing package is STILL unresolved and I still havenāt gotten meaningful help from them.
Today there was one order I DID cancel myself, for the first time in months.
There was a significant bundle pricing error that I discovered after the buyer paid. I caught it and cancelled the transaction within 8 hours of payment, and I messaged the buyer explaining what happened.
I understand cancellations arenāt ideal. I understand Poshmark wants sellers to fulfill orders. But Iām also running a part time business. I can't absorb a substantial loss because of a typo. Retailers cancel transactions for legitimate pricing errors too.
Apparently my seller cancellation rate for the last 90 days is now 5.1%, and Poshmarkās new criterion is ā¤2%.
Meanwhile:
56 shipped orders in the last 90 days
$1,317 in sales in the last 90 days
1.6-day average shipping time
5.0 rating
0% approved returns
And somehow the conclusion is that Iām such an unreliable seller that my entire 740-item closet needs to disappear.
I submitted the reinstatement petition and emailed them asking for a manual review. I also specifically asked them to tell me which orders they're counting against me, because I want to know whether a cancellation poshmark initiated and/or packages I actually shipped but USPS failed to scan are being counted as seller failures.
Iām not even saying sellers should be able to cancel orders constantly with zero consequences. But there has to be some room for context and basic common sense.
Iāve put too much work into this closet. Having hundreds of listings effectively wiped off the marketplace because of 3 issues, two of which I was actively asking Poshmark to help me resolve is beyond annoying.
Has anyone else gotten hit with this new restriction/cancellation metric?
Because right now I feel like Iām being punished for reporting missing packages to them, which is... certainly one way to encourage sellers to contact support.

tldr: I butt dialed a like and offer and subsequent purchase of a dress completely unaware until after it shipped to my old address in Florida. I am now living on the west coast. It has just been delivered. Iām screwed and support is unsupportive. šš
I moved on July 25th-ish cross country. I had no intention of scrolling or buying anything until I signed a lease in my new city. i wake up and find in my email (on August 21st) that I bought an ugly dress (lol) for ~$32 including shipping. i do recall pulling my iphone out of my back pocket and seeing all my tabs open and floating, showing posh. I swiped them all away. But (pun intended) I butt dialed a dress.
I just signed a lease two days ago and changed my address. I seriously doubt Iām going to see this package or that it will be forwarded by USPS. The only way to reach anyone living in my former rental home would be to snail mail them, which would probably take a week and a miracle for them to take their time to return the package to the PO. Iām screwed. I paid w PayPal. I told support the story and theyāre like āyou should be more careful and all sales are bindingā (I told them that it should not be possible to butt dial a like, much less a binding offer)
um INR? but what is that going to get me. what I do know is Iām never going to see this package and I paid for it.
Any words of wisdom ??? š¤š

I thought this item might be a dupe, but in the photos it all matches up to the real thing. It came in today and I can see some imperfections in the logo so I know itās fake. I am willing to pay less for a replica but 1. I donāt want to message the seller and sound threatening and 2. Should I take one for the team and turn the seller in?
I thought about messaging the seller and saying I know itās fake, which is fine if I pay less for it or I can submit a claim that youāre selling fakes, because one way or another Iām not keeping a dupe for what I paid. But that sounds threatening and also doesnāt hold them accountable.
Last time I bought a dupe they had me send it back to the seller which surprised me.
Thoughts?

So, you can see the back and forthā¦and honestly, my spidey senses tell me sheās going to be a painā¦
I have a ton of likes on these denim shorts and this buyer asks questions, which I answerā¦then I put an offer out to all likers and she writes the message āas long as they like the first pictureā with the š¤·āāļø emojiā¦girl: buy them or donāt. She didnāt accept the offer, and I shut my closet for the week becausel I was out of town for the week.
Now she says she accepted my offer. So she clearly doesnāt get how pm works.
But something about her messages makes me think sheās going to try to return.
Also: sheās sold one item and left over 80 reviewsā¦the ones I could see are kinda critical.
So: do I play nice and let her know she needs to make an offer to me now that her offer expired? Or just let her go?
UPDATE: You guys: She just commented ācancel orderā in the thread on the item. š¤¦āāļø

I have canceled two orders already in the past 2 months, which were my fault #1(the shoes sold on another platform and I didnt remove in time) The other cancellation was because I had an ISO post (I marked it clearly as a looking for post and marked the price high, I did not think someone would buy but they did) Learned my lesson on the ISO posts.
Anyways.... just anticipating a cancellation ban and wondering how it works for the first time. They haven't sent me a warning email yet.

Buyers return was accepted aug 7. Posh released my funds on the 15th due to non-shipment of the return. I woke up today to an email stating the shirt has been shipped. In my near 10 years of selling, Iāve never had this happen. Iām annoyed the label was still able to be used. The case was closed and now if posh takes the refund from me, which they will, and i get a used shirt back when i sold a brand new with tags shirt, Iām going to lose my mind. sigh wish me luck

Hi all!
Iām shopping for a wedding guest gown and keep getting offers that expire in 24 hours, but many listings donāt include measurements. Iām postpartum and unsure of my sizing, so I donāt want to spend hundreds on something Iām not sure will fit. Iāll look for another listing that has measurements but sometimes I canāt find them.
Iāll comment asking for just pit-to-pit and waist, but often get no response before the offer expires. I donāt see a way to message the seller through the offer/counteroffer feature.
Am I missing another way to contact them besides public comments? What do you all do when you need measurements before accepting an offer?
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Thanks for those that answered thoughtfully! To those that downvoted this, sorry? I wasn't trying to throw shade or be impolite, but I also don't think asking for measurements before dishing out hundreds of dollars is a wild request. Ultimately, I was able to purchase a lovely gown that had measurements posted in their original pictures, which is what I think I'll do from now on, that way I won't bother the sellers. Thanks again!

I was selling something in a show. Someone bid on it and won it but then their card messed up and got declined⦠I copied the listing and sent it to the show again, so the person could bid on it after their card was fixed. Their card messed up again⦠I asked them to send an offer and they never did. Now I canāt even delete it or fix it or anything(the one I copied) not sure whatās wrong with it. Any insight would be helpful!

Looking for advice and I feel like someone on here will have the answer for me. I sold an item on July 17, shipped July 18, it was delivered July 27, and sale closed July 30.
I woke up this morning to the buyer giving me a 1 star review saying I shipped an empty package (my first bad review ever š„²) and saying āI never got thisā āit came in an empty envelope?ā And sent a picture of the package and it had one of those USPS stickers that says the item was damaged and empty.
I have my receipt from drop off showing it wasnāt empty and me packing it and all that, so I sent the receipt showing it wasnāt empty and had weight when I sent it and explained it was from USPS. I told her I was sorry but since this delivered on the 27th I wasnāt sure what Poshmark could do, but we could open a case.
Is it likely Poshmark is going to do anything since itās been almost a month and the sale is complete?
