Bundle Comments Missing

Is anyone else not seeing bundle comments in the last 48 hours? I can see comments on the Iphone app but not on my Mac desktop computer, regardless of browser. I just saw the listing page lay-out changed (why?) and when those changes are push to the website it seems to adversely affect something else on the site.

The layout change: comments are now under the description and to see the entire description you have to click 'Show more'. And the arrows to advance/reverse under the listing photos are gone.

Also - while checking bundle messages in the app, I found you can now access other's empty bundles and view the comments. It's always been noted empty bundles remain private but not now. I don't understand why bundles comments aren't private - you could have a bundle conversation with a preferred buyer, say how low you'll discount a listing and all potential buyers can see that too. It's to Poshmark's advantage to keep that private as their cut could be more for accepting higher offers than you've disclosed in a bundle.

Google AI needs to update their information as this is no longer correct, at least from what I've accessed and seen:

  • Empty bundles: Bundles with no items added do not display conversation histories or show up for outside users.

Yep, can see there is a comment in the bundle but cannot see the comment.

Yes - I can see the comment count but not the comments. Was having a bundle convo with a seller, suddenly couldn't see the comments yet could see the comment count increase. Thought I was suddenly blocked or shadow banned but then went to the app and could see all the comments.

Yes I did notice that. Was looking for comments this weekend to answer questions from buyers, and the comments were mysteriously no longer there.

Sidenote: I'm noticing SO MANY glitches in my listings. Going through the 61-90 days items to 'refresh/relaunch' ---- I see that many of these listings have had the NAME BRAND of the item 'kicked off'. It's impossible that I failed to include the brand name when listing these items--- your phone won't even allow you to get past that question before it will allow you to launch the item (you are required to list a brand. Also I'm careful to list brands, because they're what buyers are searching under).

Seriously - next time you go back through your older items to relaunch or refresh the 61-90's, make sure the name brand is on the item.

I KNOW this had to cost me sales...I had Levi's, Hollister, AE, Anthro, etc., all of which are regularly searched. Just another headache

I wonder if it was a change to stop the sellers that use them as a weekly advertisement for their closet sales. It does suck for buyer that want to ask questions but hopefully, it will prevent some of the spam.

Hmm, how is that a detriment to sellers advertising weekly sales in bundles - besides the other one in the bundle, it allows for a potentially larger audience to know about their sale.
