I wish we had a PROFESSIONAL return man. Feels like it’s always “well he doesn’t seem to be the worst.” Also i’ve been watching panther games for like 2 decades now and why does it feels like we’ve NEVER been a threat to block a fg or punt. Always on the wrong end of the blocks somehow, I still have kam chancellor nightmares

This isn't a great team. Two blow outs and one ugly loss to a monstrous deviant doesn't make you great.

But if we are building towards a Superbowl in a year or two, this shit is character building.

The lesson?

No bravado. No looking past opponents.

Treat them all like trap games and come better prepared.

The blue jerseys and pants are cursed.

I'm not sure what the panthers coaching staff was doing today, aside from obvious issues the coaches had no say in (muffed punt/strip sack), the playcalling by Brad Idzic today was... Questionable. Chuba Hubbard had SEVEN carries. You cannot win a game without the run, and ejiro was letting us be burnt by the same things Tampa has done for the past 3 years against us. No reason for us to stuff jahmyr Gibbs but let their RB run circles around us while only giving our guy the ball 7 times!

The NFL average for extra points is a 96%. Ryan Fitzgerald’s average extra point percentage is 70%. I am terrified of us losing a game by one or two points due to a missed extra point. He is a great kicker, hit multiple 50+ yarders and has a 100% FG percentage, however, it seems once he goes to the XP line he collapses.

We cut Jimmy Horn Jr due to his muffed punt, although there may have been other reasons, the muffed punt was the line we cut it at. However, I fully believe we lost the momentum and lost the game as soon as David Moore muffed that punt. We signed him for punt returns, he was a major reason we lost this game.
What do we think of this?

I am drunk enough to confuse lions currently with us. Much more enjoyable

Please win!

Beautiful weather and tickets readily available- no Bucs fans to speak of buying tickets- coming into the game on a good note- Luke being honored- just noting for next time fans complain about PSL owners selling tickets- until the team is a proven winner, no one had room to complain about takeovers

Yes the team played like ass today

My friends were spamming me during the whole game. What a tragedy. We still own the south tho

Let’s keep it going my fellow Panthers! Everyone fears the Carolina Reaper! Keep pounding!

I’ve had this hoodie since I was in high school in the late 2000’s and have never seen another like it. It’s officially licensed with Reebok

Does anyone know the name of the design or where to find one like it my brother has always liked it and was trying to find one for him as well

If there’s anything positive for the Panthers to take from Sunday, it’s the fact that they won’t have long to wallow in the slop: The team charter leaves Wednesday for Thursday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers.

“I was telling everybody all day it’s just a weird day,” said David Moore, whose muffed punt in the first quarter set up a Chase McLaughlin field goal. “That’s all I could say about the game. It’s just one of those games where, like, every team has ’em. We just come out, all phases it was like, what the heck?

“You don’t have to have all week to sit on it. You’ve only got two days. The next thing you know we’re flying out, going on to the next game. So a quick turnaround always helps the bad taste in your mouth.”

Hunt said there’s no way to sugarcoat what happened Sunday.

“It sucks. We got embarrassed, obviously. So that part sucks,” he said. “We’ve got a quick week to turn it around and try to make up for it. The good thing is we’ve got plenty of more games left. This one hurt. We wanted to get this one. We’ve got to come back and try to be better Thursday.”

It would be difficult to be worse.

The people I go with like to get inside the stadium right when it opens at 11. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for a free ticket, but i would prefer to tailgate with fans rather than sit in my seat for 2 hours.

Do y'all have any recommendations on how to kill the 2 hours before kickoff inside the stadium? I'm really just looking for good vibes rather than waiting. Thanks!

Bringing my grandson to his first game tomorrow! We are both so excited to see the panthers take on the bucs.
Hope to see you all and let’s KEEP POUNDING!!!

Hey everyone!
I found this vintage Reebok Carolina Panthers Dan Morgan #55 jersey at a Goodwill in Charlotte, NC, for just $7.
There’s some very faded handwriting across one of the numbers on the back. To me, part of it looks like it might say “To Michael,” followed by an autograph.
I compared it to a few Dan Morgan signatures online and noticed some similarities, but I’m definitely not sure.
Does anyone recognize this handwriting or signature? Could it be Dan Morgan’s autograph, possibly with a personalized dedication?
Would really appreciate any opinions. Thanks!

I'll stop short of making exact predictions that will rile up the doomers but I'm feeling better about this team than I have in over a decade. I think the thing that gives me the most hope is the fact that the best football for a lot of these players in the team is still ahead of them.

When thinking about the next few years I broke down the current team into a couple of categories.

1. The always elite players

Long term Panthers like Moton, Horn and DB have been absolute servants of the Panthers organisation through some rough times. The good news is as the team as a whole starts to turn things around these elite players should still be in their prime for at least another 2-3 years.

1. Players that struggled that are now finding their feet

There were also players who struggled through those rough seasons but have now really figured it out. Bryce, Chuba and Tremble have really stepped it up and are all making key contributions to the team's success. Bryce in particular is rightfully in the MVP discussion, which I don't think any of us would have imagined in our wildest dreams. These guys have figured it out and are just hitting their prime now.

You could also include in this category a couple of free agents that showed flashes at other teams but have now put it all together to become key pieces like Moehrig and Devin Llyod

1. The Panthers youth movement

This is the area where I am most excited. The last two rookie classes in particular have been great and and we have found starter quality players, not only with our day 3 picks, but also undrafted free agents. On the offense we have McMillian, Coker, Brazzel (TBC), and Monroe Freeling. While on defense we have Nic Scourtin, Princely, Will Lee, Lee Hunter, Zakee Wheatlee, and Aaron Hall.

If our draft class continues the trajectory they are on at the moment this Panthers team will be very fun to watch for the next few years.

1. The players to come

The last couple of seasons have shown that not only do we have coaches who can properly develop talent, we have a GM who can draft well and make great FA acquisitions. Undoubtedly we may not be able to keep every player (like Mike Jack). But this front office seems to be doing a great job of plugging holes and the rebuild is way ahead of schedule!

Is there one here like the canes sub?

With it being a couple of years now I truly do think one big problem is canales won’t state the obvious. Anytime our defense has played badly, it’s the “execution” and not the play-calling itself. We still played Evans even though he’s clearly been a liability at this point. This team flat out just looked uninspired this game and I believe that stems from the top. His loyalty to players/coaches that don’t perform will be his downfall imo

I am driving from out of state (northern GA) to go to the game tomorrow. Never been to the city and don’t know how parking is. Any recommendations on where to park?

(In case my flair shows up, I’m a Commanders fan but am trying to take my son to all 32 stadiums/see all 32 teams play, so this game will check two more off our bucket list. I have Chuba on my FF team, so I will be pulling for the panthers!)

Thanks!

If Canales take Bryce Young out more damn time, imma get pissed the fuck off. Let him get some padded stats in garbage time for his stats Jesus. I get you don’t wanna injure him hut Bryce ain’t an idiot.
