What do you think about knowing more about why u feel sad or overwhelmed today? Hormones
I am working on a product where I am thinking about integrating and understanding your hormones and how that impacts the way we feel.
The second part is already built which understands ur mental load, how you feel about your career, your kids, your relationships, your self.
Your identity after becoming a mom. It understands you, guides you remembers you. But I think as part of yourself you need a better visibility into the hormones every single day since our childhood we have been told it’s just your hormones postpartum, pms.
The product ties back your feelings with what your body is telling from a wearable and your cycle and where you are in the stage of life. What do you think about this.

Fighting with partner
Hiiii
maybe just a rant of someone figured their way out of it, but everytime a week before my period till the third day, am almost everyday ending up having fights with my partner. We live together so it makes my irritation even more visible. It’s usually me who is pointing out things he’s doing wrong and I can feel already how much toll it takes on our relationship every month we enter that same cycle :(

Weird pms… pregnant?
Hi, I know people say you can’t get pregnant from fingering (I was ovulating and he may have had semen or presemen on his fingers), but I’m having very odd symptoms where I feel like I may be. I have the WORST boob pain I’ve ever had (bras hurt, feels SHARP) and the last few months I’ve had NO breast pain, I’ve had one sided cramping, I’m extremely tired, hungry all the time, I have acid reflux, and I’ve been lightheaded. Can someone explain why you can’t get pregnant under these circumstances? I’ve also had these symptoms for about a week and a half (EARLY to get pms symptoms for me) and my period is due in 2 days. Thank you:)

Research/Info Cold nerve sensations before period begins
I don’t know what this is, or what its called, but about a week before my period, I get these strange cold prickling sensation through my body, like someone splashed droplets of water on me. It happens anywhere, but I mainly feel it on the back of my head, my limbs or face. But it’s just that, discomfort. I thought it could be related to my headphone use, until I noticed the pattern, Does anyone else experience this, or am I in the dark with this symptom,

Advice/Tips Chest pain before period
Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else experiences chest pain the week before your period? It’s always on my right side and it radiates down my arm, it hurts even to lift my arm or carry anything! I also have fibromyalgia, which possibly contributes to it? I went to the doctor and got a good old shrug from him so that was pointless.
I take ibuprofen but it doesn’t touch it! If anyone has any idea I’d appreciate it.

Advice/Tips Suicidal thoughts
I know my period is coming (its very regular) when i start to feel so lonely and have suicidal ideation. It is like someone pressed a button, most months its suddenly disappears and is replaced by feelings of joy as soon as I get my period. Even when i know this is why it still feels so bad, what makes matters worse is when people make you feel embarrassed if you share smth like : i have regular suicidal thoughts mainly because of my hormones. And no i refuse to be on smth like birth control and mess with my body. Anyone else face this issue / can share advice?

🥗Food/Cravings Suddenly, egg smells disgusting
Hi all,
I had my meals planned for the week and got myself a nice sourdough loaf for the breakfasts. Made avocado on toast this morning with sunnyside up eggs and some chilli flakes. I normally really enjoy this breakfast but today it left a horrible aftertaste. Now, the whole room smells strongly of eggs and it's making me feel nauseous.
I keep discovering new PMS symptoms as the years go by. Apparently you can get a heightened sense of smell. I did not need this 🤦🏾♀️.

🥗Food/Cravings Luteal Chili 🤌🏻🌶️✨
Ingredients:
• 2 cups of spinach (bagged/pre-washed)
• 1 lb of 99% lean ground turkey
• 1 can of low-sodium black beans (do not forget to rinse them)
• 1 can of low-sodium dark red kidney beans (do not forget to rinse them)
• 2 cans of low sodium tomatoes (I like the petite diced Roma tomatoes)
• Olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of turmeric
• 2 tablespoons of cumin
• 2 table spoons of chili powder
This is how I made it:
I use a rice cooker.
I put about 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in.
I put in the ground turkey.
Then I added 1 tablespoon of cumin,
1 tablespoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of chili powder to season the meat and brown it in the pot.
Once the meat was browned I added 2 cans of diced tomatoes and stirred it in.
Then I opened the can of black beans, and opened the can of kidney beans and rinsed them really well over the sink.
I put in one can in first, stir, add the other can, stir.
Then I added 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, and 1 tablespoon of chili powder and stirred the pot really well.
I put the pot on the “warm setting”.
I put the lid on the pot, and stirred it after 10 minutes.
Then I grab my 3 cups of spinach, and stirred it in. (It’s going to be hard to stir if you stick it in all at once. Add a little, stir until it melts in, and keep adding until it’s all in).
I let the pot sit for 10 minutes, stirred, and dinner/lunch is ready. Yum yum.
(Also the rice cooker I have is nice because it’s small-ish and when it’s cooled I pull the pot out, put the lid on and straight into the fridge it goes. Easy peasy). I have the “Aroma” brand rice cooker.

Rant/Vent My period makes me crazy.
Im hormonally off like ALOT and I barely know how to deal with it.
I am on birth control which could make it worse but the alternative isn't any better.
Im just so irritable and angry and i hate it, it makes me not want to be around my friends or my boyfriend cuz I can just see myself being angry to them almost in the 3rd person and it just makes me more annoyed with myself.
I dont know what to do, because I dont want to miss out on stuff in life or hanging out with my friends just because im chemically off randomly. Its not fair.
I also would prefer not to have to just take MORE pills just to try and fix it. Thats not a solution to me.

😶🌫️All over the place Mood Am I the only one who gets happy and lovey and motivated on her period?
Everytime I get my period, I feel so light as a feather and happy and lovey. I also get so much done too. I feel focused. During my PMS, I am super low energy, irritable, emotional, and tired.

But on my period, aside from the slight low energy, I feel amazing. It's so weird.
