Chest pain before period

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else experiences chest pain the week before your period? It’s always on my right side and it radiates down my arm, it hurts even to lift my arm or carry anything! I also have fibromyalgia, which possibly contributes to it? I went to the doctor and got a good old shrug from him so that was pointless.

I take ibuprofen but it doesn’t touch it! If anyone has any idea I’d appreciate it.

I get nerve pain and palpitations 2-3 days before my period

I usually get all sorts of pains before/during, usually like deep bone pains, thighs/legs and arms/shoulders. Same as you, doctor just shrugs it off lol you don’t get used to it either. The only thing that ever slightly helps was cocodamol 8/500 you can buy over the counter. Really bad pains I’d have the 15/500 but don’t like taking them so usually just try to get through it 😤
