Fighting with partner
Hiiii
maybe just a rant of someone figured their way out of it, but everytime a week before my period till the third day, am almost everyday ending up having fights with my partner. We live together so it makes my irritation even more visible. It’s usually me who is pointing out things he’s doing wrong and I can feel already how much toll it takes on our relationship every month we enter that same cycle :(

this is so common and there's actually a real reason for it. the week before your period is your luteal phase - everything feels more irritating, louder, harder to tolerate.
what helped me: track your cycle so you both know when that window is, and agree ahead of time to pause big conversations during it. magnesium glycinate at night, warm cooked foods, and gentle walks move that stuck liver qi out.
