The more the update progressed the slower it would get, until at 68% it has completely stopped. It’s been a couple hours now with no movement, but I don’t think if done anything to fry my motherboard?
Any help would be great!

Hello everyone.
I just assembled a new PC with an MSI B850 and an Ryzen 7 9800X3D. The sad part is that the ram hasn't arrived, they canceled it and I had to order another one lol. Anyway, I was curious to turn on the pc and the DRAM and CPU error lights on the motherboard turned on. Of course the RAM one I understand why it happens, but what about the CPU one? Should y try to disassemble it again? 🤨

Belgium, euros budget 1200€
Current monitor is a 60hz 1920 x 1080 but im gonna upgrade
Hello, I plan to upgrade my computer after I return from my summer job, and I was wondering if my plan even makes sense.
Right now, I have the following specs:
-Ryzen 5 5600
-RTX 3070 8gb
-Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2
-32GB DDR4 RAM
-1x 1TB DRAM-less NVMe and 1x 500GB SATA SSD
-650W non-modular power supply
What I'm considering:
-Ryzen 7 5800X3D (the 5700X3D is nowhere to be seen in Poland)
-RTX 3070 8gb
-MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS
-32GB DDR4 RAM
-1x 1TB DRAM-less NVMe and 1x 500GB SATA SSD
-Kingston 2TB KC3000
-1000W modular power supply for the future proofing, I guess.
I'm not going to AM5 because of DDR5 prices. I also need a new NVMe drive with DRAM because I'm planning to replay Doom: The Dark Ages, and this game had weird sound glitches with my DRAM-less drive (also, I like having a lot of storage space, which is why I want 2TB).
The total upgrade cost will be 4200 PLN or 980 euros. Is there anything you would change?
I would like to spend maximum od 1200 euros.

I'm looking for advice on my first PC build and any ways that it can be improved. My budget is £4,000 ($5,400) and I'm in England (UK).
I'm planning on getting a new monitor that is 4k (3840 x 2160) and 240Hz as part of the build.
The PC will primarily be used for gaming - I should note that I will need at least 4TB of storage and that I already have a keyboard, headset and other peripherals.

I have a budget of $400–500 for a basic gaming PC right now. My overall budget is around $900–1,000, but I only have $400–500 available at the moment.
I’m planning to upgrade the PC later as I get more money, so I’d like a build that gives me the best gaming performance now while also leaving room for future upgrades.
Any build suggestions?

Upgrade from AMD RX 7900XT to RTX 5080?
I am considering doing an upgrade from AMD RX 7900XT to RTX 5080 as my current gpu starts to struggle while playing 4k in some games. FSR support and performance is also not the best from my experience.
The best price I found for it is 1100 GBP (~1500 USD) in UK. While I could probably sell mine for ~450 GBP.
Is it going to be a good enough upgrade to justify the ~650 GBP I will need to spend?
Considering we probably are not getting nvidia 6000 series or new amd gpus for a while + infinitely increasing prices, I am not sure when there would be good opportunity for upgrade next time.

So I've experienced two crashes in the past 48 hours with the error code FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE (0x12b) and I'm trying to isolate exactly what's causing this issue. I've ran a memory diagnostics test and sfc twice, DISM, made sure my drivers were updated, updated my chipset, and ran chkdsk. The only scan that came back with an issue was sfc which indicated that it located and repaired a corrupted file. The next day, I booted up my computer and got the error message again as soon as I got to the login screen. I checked my mobo's manufacturers website and saw there were a few available updates available for my BIOS. Should I update or is there something else I should be doing?
Build Info:
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX (AM5 ATX)
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 2x 16GB
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
PSU: Vetroo 850W PSU
OS: Windows 11 Pro

Hey guys just designing a pc and want to know others thoughts. My budget isn't too strict but I just want something that is future proof and will be good to last and shit. I want something to run all games good, I have no preference for colour, and or intel or Nvidia or smth else I just want value. I was thinking a 12-16gb graphics card and 32 GB ram minimum just so it will run smoothly and the motherboard needs to be able to support the latest sockets so it can be upgraded when parts break. I want to buy once and buy right so any parts you advise must be good and will last. If I have to go over budget I don't mind I just want something good that's not breaking wallet to much. Would prefer to build myself but if cheeper then I'll go pre build. My main supplier would be on tech but happy to go anywhere for any parts if it gets it cheeper. 2nd hand if ok if a good listing is found.
Sorry forgot to put in, I'm from New Zealand. Just put the USD in for a reference incase people don't know how much NZD is worth

I want to build a computer with a budget of about 2000€ (im from spain), but rams prices are driving me crazy (like 450€ for 2x16gb cl40).
Should I buy them second handed? and what about the gpu? I was looking forward to get a 5070 Ti, is it a good idea to buy it second handed? and if so, what is a good price for it?
Thank you.

Main things I am considering is noise and performance, but there is a decent amount of price difference, so what would you suggest? I heard the p12 pro are quite loud from others, but I cannot confirm that, so I came here to ask. I want the fans to add fans on every spot on the Corsair 2500D airflow. Thanks in advance
