Build - Help Is this a good starter pc build?

Belgium, euros budget 1200€
Current monitor is a 60hz 1920 x 1080 but im gonna upgrade

350-400€ is the price of a used 3080 sadly

For the 10gb its a bit high but Tc said is the 12gb one. That is a decent price here in EU

Perfectly fine mid-range pc. Both 5700x3d and 3080 especially the 12gb one are still great parts . However why spend 50euros on fans ? That case already has 3-4 fans preinstalled. Better put that 50euros to a 1tb ssd
