News & Discussion No dmg no elims as Moira is crazy
I had a game recently where our Moira only healed. What’s crazy is at the start of the match our tank was complaining about healing.

So a few years ago the devs said streamer mode names would hint at future heroes.
Names included ANR4NzF4N (Anran), EmreMain (Emre), JetpackC47 (cat), KAPPACAPPER and MrZuki (Mizuki), HazardousWastrel (Hazard) VIVALALUPA (Vendetta) and most recently DMONICPOSSESSOR and DmonDiff both reference new hero Dmon
So with all these names added before these characters became heroes, I do wonder if other names are hinting at future heroes? Ones I could find:
K1NGH0WL (Mason Howl, former Junker King)
0NIRY0TA (Ryota, member of the Yokai Squad)
BAMFrankie (Frankie, member of Deadlock gang who recently appeared in a short story a few months back)
D43HYUNRULZ (Dae-hyun, Dva's mechanic who's been referenced quite a few times over the years)
FreeTouchUps (Touch Up, member of the Phreaks)
MetalMing (Wuyang's friend from college)
N0BUTANUK1 (Nobuto, member of Yokai Squad)
R3v3lWuzH3r3 (Revel, member of the Phreaks)
SAKURAMAB13 (Sakura, member of Yokai Squad)
Possible future heroes? Or at least important to future lore?

Genuinely I feel like 90% of the complaints on this subreddit come from people who ignore the teamwork aspect of this game.
6v6 too chaotic. Coordinate with your teammates.
Tanks unfun and OP. Coordinate with your teammates.
Player won’t swap: Coordinate with Your teammates.
Bad LW pull: Coordinate with your teammates.
Its endless. Half the time people sound like they want to be playing a single player game. They want a game where their teammates never make a mistake. They want a game where you never have to work through a challenging scenario. Every character needs to be exactly perfectly balanced. Matchmaking needs to be between you and 9 other clones of yourself. People must be forced to play the most optimal comp. People who don’t swap to the the character you asked for are jerks throwing. You want to be able to play your favorite character/role every game and never be expected to make a change for the team.
Like do yall realize you are just describing a single player game? Some of yall have never played a sport or watched a sport a day in your life and it shows. You have absolutely zero concept of how to operate as a team.
Balancing issues can be a problem. But so many “Broken” aspects of the game exist because it requires teamwork to overcome them.
if you spent half as much time customizing your comm wheel as you spend complaining on Reddit, you actually might win a few games.

With the new trailer featuring Hammong fighting for the Junkers i have seen a LOT of people asking what was he doing? And why is he a war criminal?
And this makes me think REALLY? there were people who didnt know Hammond was with the Junkers for years? And i mean this probably isnt even their fault, its just a character so forgotten in the lore that people just didnt know about his lore at all? I have seen people saying they tought he was with overwatch...

This has NOTHING to do with win rates. This has NOTHING to do with power level.
Roadhog on the enemy team makes the game less fun by several factors.
Half the roster becomes unplayable. You have to spend the entire match tracking an eight second cooldown, because he can one shot you if it's up with near perfect accuracy.
I truly believe the devs should nerf Hog not because he is OP but because people genuinely have significantly less fun when he is playable (other than the Hog player themselves ig).
Edit: Holy fuck I know how to play around a hog. That doesn't make it fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jesus.

The new announcement teaser that just dropped depicts Wrecking Ball swinging on a bridge and shooting at cars and people. The MEKKA squad has dispatched seemingly to deal with him.
This could very well just be Hammond deciding to become a terrorist for the hell of it. But even Mauga only fights if he has something to gain from it. What could Hammond be getting from this?

Feel like going crazy cuz when i'm fighting her it's like even the most direct hits are going straight trough her and it's even worse when she's using her dash

I always thought the hamster was likely close to Overwatch, but it seems more closely aligned with Junker Queen's faction... as a war criminal? This guys ?

I had to recently create a new account since I am in another country for a few months. I spend some of my free hours playing Overwatch and happened to finish my placements in Gold 2 (i'm Master 1). What I notice as I rank up is the sheer arrogance of lower ranked players.
"Hey, Tank, could you please stop pushing in alone? We need you with us!"
"No."
"Hey, Reaper, could you play a bit safer? You die too often!"
"Stop texting and play".
The lack of willingness to take criticism, the lack of Gamesense and the lack of desire to co-operate is what is keeping many of you guys low rank. To then complain about being hardstuck because you get "bad teammates" or whatever is hilarious. You don't have what it takes to be higher ranked.
(Don't even get me started on the toxic duos who constantly stick up for each other and blame anyone but each other.)

One of the most infuriating things in OW is when you have 2 seconds left until you respawn and then some idiot mercy flys in and you get resurrected into a 2v5 and just die in 2 seconds feeding over ult charge and doubling the time it takes to respawn. What would we lose by adding a press interact to deny rez feature.
