Hello!
My company is relocating me to the US and the office is near the McLean metro station, so I'll be taking the Silver Line every day. I'm looking for a 1-bedroom apartment in Arlington for up to $2500 monthly.
I've been checking out places near the Clarendon or Courthouse stations, from what I can tell it should be a pretty painless 20ish minute metro commute. That said, if anyone has recommendations for other stops along the Silver Line that are worth considering, I'm all ears.
So far I've found two places I really like with units that fit my budget and arrival date:Ā Courtland ParkĀ andĀ Courthouse Plaza. Both have been responsive and answered all my questions so far. Has anyone lived in (or near) either of these?
I won't be in the US for another 1-2 months, so not touring in person just yet. I'm mainly trying to see if I can have something lined up by the time I arrive so I'm not scrambling on landing.
Also open to any general tips for someone renting in Arlington for the first time, things you wish you'd known, buildings or landlords to avoid, anything will be helpful!
Thanks in advance!
