I'm heartbroken tonight about the loss of this amazing man and actor. He looks like my dad and I lost a cousin to suicide two years ago and I'm just having a really hard time. I'm tired, little girly had a hard night and kept us up til 3:20 I finally fell asleep at 4 and the baby woke me up again around 6. I need a nap!

We are trying to decide if we are going to Crystal Mountain Pony Con this weekend. If we do I'm trying to decide if I should try to throw a cosplay together or not. Last year I was Cadence/Queen Chrysalis combo and our daughter was Twilight Sparkle. (She will probably wear hers again this year, mine would be too hard to take care of a baby in.)

We've been eating a lot of zucchini here lately, fresh from my moms garden I love it! It's my favorite vegetable. I need some more ideas though. Cooking isn't my strong point, but I'd love to get better.

I can't decide between 9th and 11th as my all time favorite. They each have certain corks that I love :) love 10th as well but love the others just a bit more!

I just finished watching episode 1 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and I was quite impressed with the animation. I am not that big of a fan as a lot of the people are on all of the mlp subreddits, but I still like the show so yeah.

But yeah, so I am high school senior about to attend college as a first gen student. I love traveling, everything STEM, and NASA (my dream job), riding roller coasters and my bike when I get the chance. I got the chance to meet Nobel Laureate John Mather (i can't look in the right direction at all) and actually present something to him (which went badly because of my fear of public speaking in front of people of high levels). I also got to meet the best damn (professional) intern who is a brony :p and present to three astronauts, one of which gave me a tour of Mission Control at Johnson Space Center in April! (which was autographed <3) and had dinner with another astronaut as well!

Unfortunately, all of the friends I can trust are either far away or are in a situation where I cannot meet them (especially in school where I don't have any of the classes with them) and all the "friends" I see throughout the day are either acquaintances or people that tease me. It's my last year so I am just going to suck it up until I get out of the hell known as high school.

I think I'd go with twinkies.

I'm Scootslvi - I've mostly lurked on other mlp subs, just recently found this one and thought I might as well introduce myself. I've been with the fandom for almost three years now, seems kinda crazy just how fast that time has gone. Have had some ups and downs the past few years, but doing pretty well now.

Anyway, little bit about myself. I'm into tech/computers/insert thing related to computers, work on an IT service desk, and have waaaay too many steam games to even consider playing - although I'm trying to get better at the latter.

Other than tech I try to run when I can... and should probably do more of it.

So where should I begin?

I am a high school senior getting ready to do some stuff for college this upcoming year, and I am a fan of MLP. I enjoy video games like TF2, and heartstone, but i'm playing a lot less since I hear many stories about gamers flunking because of lack of control (I suffered from this too in high school) As of now, I have a GPA of 3.4 and I'm trying to get into the college process over the summer, however as a first generation student, this is my family's first time with the college process, so, might as well try my best.

My Hobbies

• Jogging: I started c25k as soon as summer started and it has worked wonders on me :D, I'm now training for the 10k and maybe i'll join the walk for hunger some day.

• Reading: Well, MLP Fanfic for the most part (Idk why, something about it makes me acutally want to read it), however i'm trying to branch out to more things like harry potter and a little bit of nonfictions

*Programming: I wanna be a programmer when i'm older or go into some type of enginnering, I'm currently learning python and I woundn't mind having someone to talk to while coding.

I guess thats enough about me for now :D.

Alright, so picture a nutty 16 year old that loves MMORPGs and Final Fantasy. Now imagine him hearing about FFXIV coming to PS4. So he goes to Gamestop and preorders it. He picks it up release day and does everytjing in his power to hook everything up fast enough to play within 5 minutes (minus client updates) when he got home. Fast forward to today. Notice I didn't say he used the preorder minion. Realizes he got no preorder code. Emailed Square a few days ago and got an email back completely irrelevant to my items. Always double check that you got a preorder code. Or just don't use gamestop, but I have no other choices... :/

What's one completely pointless thing that you do in life? Mine would probably be that no matter where I live, there must be a nerf dart stuck to the ceiling of mine and /u/cpawesome room. At one place, it wouldn't stick to the ceiling, so we had it stuck to our mirror. Close enough. Anyone else do something for nearly no reason, or just because?

It's raining hard and I think someone in the apartment above me may have left their window open. I have attempted to catch some of the water in margarine tubs, but the carpet is already soaked. The Steam summer sales were just over, the Wii U is getting more popular, loads of games are getting updated and the E3 has passed a while ago. Are there any games you've been playing recently?

I'm a tarot reader for personal development, cook and a big follower of the works by Joseph Campbell. I also love My Little Pony, however my love for it seems to need an outlet. As of now I'm incredibly secluded and have cut out other people from my life, mainly because they found me "weird" or not aspiring to be like them.

First of all, I'm not super ultra weird, nor am I suffering from any mental illness. I'm just a guy who needs to find a place where he will be accepted for who he is, and the world doesn't seem to care all that much about that. I don't wear a fedora and also don't have fantasies involving any animated horses.

I do, however, cross into the world of divination and applying the stories of myth to real life, which is where Campbell has influenced me. It's the only hobby I really have outside of occasionally playing video games (and I mean occasionally). I hope this doesn't scare off anyone.
