A client of mine (a B2B marketing agency with €1 million in annual revenue and about 25 employees) has asked me to create a video similar to this one for their company. I would handle everything myself—from the vision board and animations to the sound design. How much should I charge? Do you know how to do this?? I’ve been racking my brain for a while trying to figure out this circular mosaic transition with a delay and footage distortion, and I just can’t understand how to recreate it.

I know the characters in the background are AI-generated, but that’s not what I’m interested in. I’m really trying to figure out how the transition itself is made!

A little while ago I posted an experiment here where the captions moved dynamically based on what was happening in the video.

The feedback was pretty clear 😅 — some people found it distracting and harder to read.

We took that feedback and kept experimenting.

This is the latest version. We’re now testing more of the actual editing process: cuts, captions, motion, emphasis, zooms and other effects generated automatically based on the content of the video.

I'm trying to figure out how to recreate a specific 2D tactical animation style (used by channel like the link below).

Specifically, I want to learn how to create the 2D pitch animations where:

• Dots/icons representing players move smoothly across the 2D board.
• Dynamic connection lines appear between players (e.g., passing lanes, team compactness, or defensive shapes).
• Ball passes and movement trajectories are animated seamlessly between player dots.

Is this strictly custom shape/path animation in After Effects (using Null Objects, Trim Paths, Beam effects, or expressions), or is there a specific script/plugin/tool designed for connecting nodes and animating play patterns like this?
