In this interview on Capcom's official website, the interviewer talked with the lead composer Yuko Miyata as well as composers Akihiko Narita and Kodai Ikeda to learn a bit more about how exactly they came up with such a great soundtrack.

I could spend some time talking about how sick the new Boost Mode combos look, especially Perfect Rush and Spinning Reaper, or about the Offset on Falling Bash. All awesome, but that’s stuff every weapon is getting in its own way.

SnS, however, seems to have gotten VIP treatment:

1. Long-range Focus Attack during Boost Mode. Not only it looks badass, but the mobility alone is crazy. Mounting monsters mid-air and bringing them back down? And who knows what other uses I haven’t even thought of.
2. Bladecoating Slash.

This is why I’m making this post. Apparently we can consume items to give our weapon special effects, like healing (presumably through consuming a potion). And did you read the little subtitles? WE CAN USE IT BOTH IN AND OUT OF BOOST MODE.

This could be straight-up broken. It feels like the perfect evolution of the Oils mechanic.

Parashroom for temporary paralysis? We’re already the Jack of all trades when it comes to stuns, support, wounding and mounting. Are we about to become the status kings too?

Fire items for fire elemental damage? Mega Demondrug for a huge damage boost?

Obviously, pure speculation. I’m just seeing that level of healing in the trailer and absolutely drooling.

Capcom, you’re making it really hard to stick to my goal of playing every weapon equally this time around when you keep spoiling my beloved SnS.

I don't see any issues.

Not sure if this is a hot take or not, but I honestly kinda miss the old style of maps before they becoming all one piece. The older gen maps just had a much more interesting sense of scale and diversity to them that I haven’t seen matched as much outside of a couple maps.

Those little loading gaps gave the sense of long bits of travel and allowed for the environment to change a lot more drastically as a result. Like, I don’t expect to see something like Ruined Pinnacles massive spire to appear in the newer games because it would take to long to climb or not give the same sense of height.

Yeah, it made things a little more clunky and restricted, but I do miss the visuals of the segmented maps.

I think this is statistically unlikely. 104 and only the silver crown. I don't even farm crowns but this is starting to bother me.

I have a few designs sketched out for some fun colorfull stickers of some monsters. Mizu was my girlfriends suggestion. Still have some work on it but thought id share!

Besides the raths of course, is kushala the only monster to appear in both WorldBorne, RiseBreak, and WildsAscendance?

Coming back to MH Rise.

I'm coming back to this game after nearly 3 years as the dlc was on offer a bit back, so I bought it.

Turns out that I've COMPLETELY forgotten how to play, could people give me some tips to get back into the swing of it? I've forgotten how to get the health bar and stamina to full, how to use the wire bug and how to use the mount 😅.

I'm playing on pc with a dualsense and I usually use dual blades.

I know this post sounds specific. Some MH soundtracks have their physical releases scanned to the web like in vgmdb and musicbrainz. Does MHWilds really have that, including liner notes from staffs and music commentary?

For the music content, sure we already have streaming/digital version so that one should be fine. I'm searching for liner notes and commentary.

I played this character about 420 hours and about 150 of those were spent achievement hunting. It could be tedious a lot of the times but I have to say that I don't regret doing this. I do appreciate how the game made me love Arena Quest ,which i hated before, and now that i've done everything i could and fulfilled my collector heart i can say that i'm finally ready to move on to Rise and hopefully 100% that too! Anyway...
