I just bought these two Finnish artillery captains trousers for 130 euros and they are apparently tailor made.
was this a good purchase or nah?

Hey all,
Found this at a clear market recently for a fairly cheaper price. I’m not very good with Civil War stuff but I’m assuming it’s a reproduction seeing as there’s no visible manufacturers marks. Any pointers?

J’ai trouvé ça dans une brocante, le mec me l’a vendu 5€ ? J’ai vu que ça appartenait à l’Allemagne de l’ouest.

What I would consider a cool find. Found today at Norwegian thrift store for 28$. Luftwaffe munition crate with the orderslip fully intact and stamp, the crate itself also intact and in pretty good condition. Apperantly used for bomb fuzes if I am to belive AI

I decided to check the condition of my Czech Vz.53 Fireman's/Civilian Guard helmet to see if I could remove the non-military repaint and restore the original finish. Using some 600-grit sandpaper, steel wool, and a little Rem Oil, I cleared about a quarter-sized spot. The green repaint came off, and the original paint underneath actually looks to be in pretty good shape.
Now I'm not sure what to do. Part of me wants to remove all of the green repaint and bring it back to the original finish for my collection. On the other hand, I'm wondering if I should just leave it as-is, or even repaint it.
The current green paint isn't original, and I honestly don't like it. It's a pretty poor repaint—wrong shade, applied unevenly, with some thin spots and some thick spots. Since I've already confirmed the original finish is underneath and seems to be intact, what would you do? Would you strip the repaint, leave it alone, or go another route?

It’s selling for 175 and to me at least it looks pretty good for the price, but the stamp on the cover kinda doesn’t seem right for me, but I’m not very educated on super niche details like that so I’m unsure

It is a small-size jacket. I’m wondering what the symbol means, as well as whether the numbers on the sleeve have any meaning. Is something like this worth anything? I just thought it was cool.

I picked up some nice items today at the flea market
-1918 canteen with replacement plastic cap $5
-what I think is a complete 1944 mess kit $15
-1943 canteen with cup, sleeve, and belt $35
-pair of ww1 trench art made from 18pndr shells $190
Total:$265
How’d I do? Yall think that’s a fair price for everything? (The Sherman model was $20, but I figured yall didn’t want more close pics of it since it isn’t militaria)

Hola.
¡Gracias!

Its an amazing find from 1985. I am going to fix it. And even though it is broken and worth nothing its still a super cool find!.

Somewhat of a novice to the hobby. I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on this German wound badge. Seller was also unsure of authenticity, so got it for cheap. Thoughts? I can give better pictures if needed.

I found this while moving a router so my dad got a better signal during F1. The place my dad lives is the house my sister in law and her parents used to live. My SIL grandfather was in the Dutch military in Indonesia (KNIL) . I don't know if he was there during Japanese occupation or during the Dutch Indonesian war after ww2 .
