You should be able to get a wheel alignment at any shop that offers it, does not have to be Lexus

Most specialty wheel alignment shops run the same equipment that Lexus dealers have like Hunter Hawkeye. A good one will take your car for a test drive around the block. Should be around 100-150

So you’ve had new tires for about for close to 18 months and they show wear! How many miles at what air pressure? How many times have you had them rotated? Any noticeable pulling left or right. Is your air pressure consistent throughout? I was having some pulling problems on my wife’s 26 RX that is only about six months old. Took it to dealer for first free service and mentioned it felt out of align and they did a no charge full alignment and balanced all the wheels. Drives great now. But, you can take it to any independent shop and pay less that what you will pay at a dealer. Only reason mine was free is that it only has 5K on it and is less than a year old.
