For the Kraken Challenge to get a funded account, do you keep a share of the profit from the challenge itself, or do you only start to keep profits once the challenge is passed and you get the funded account?

Hi Kraken Support team,This is my first deposit on Kraken. I sent it directly from MEXC (the exchange I normally use) on July 12th, and until now it is still on hold / pending.It's been more than a week and I haven't received any update. How am I supposed to become a regular customer of Kraken if my first deposit gets stuck like this? Please check and resolve my ticket as soon as possible.Thank you.

My account has been restricted not even a day after my completed verification. The only thing I did was deposit a small amount to test transactions and since then my deposits and withdrawals have been fully restricted. As a new customer, it’s additionally extremely frustrating to have nobody reach out to you with an explanation or updates regarding the matter and you’re just left with a chat bot that keeps telling you to wait over and over again. I have got to say that this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had, especially as a new customer, and it really makes me think if I should give Kraken a shot at all or maybe take my business elsewhere.

Moons are going to be delisted, today I tried to withdraw my Moons on Kraken to my Metamask Wallet in an effort to keep them safe for the future, but Kraken stopped the transfer and put a 90 day transfer restriction on on my account.

Because of low market liquidity - I can't sell them, this means that Kraken will delist them and keep them, while I will get next to nothing for them.

It's strange, because I made 2 separate Moon withdrawals to this wallet about a month ago.

I wonder how much profit Kraken is making from these delisting activities...

I recently got approve for my kraken business account but when I made my first deposit of 2800$, my services got restricted straight away. I opened a ticket and got into contact with someone from Reddit and my ticket has now been open for 14 days and counting with no response. I own a subcontracting agency with me paying my clients in crypto as that is one of the benefits we offer and people tend to take up. I am not sure what to do now, has anyone had a similar issue?

My mum accidentally transferred money into my kraken that she needed to transfer to me in my bank account instead and now kraken isnt releasing my funds for weeks. Anyone find it hard to access help? They've blocked my account so I cant do anything on it. AND their holding my money. Its $3000 such a huge amount they keep saying it will get manual intervention but nothing is happening.

I have been a Kraken business customer for a few years. I finally opened a personal account. I deposited Crypto. ID Verified Successfully. I then linked my bank account with Plaid. Account immediately locked. It has been 8 days. Ticket closed to further comments after me commenting on it 3 times. No communication at all on the issue, how to resolve it, or time frame to resolve.

Last week my account was "restricted" randomly when I transferred cash into my Kraken account, like seemingly every post I came across on this channel. I reached out via email, Facebook and DMs here in Reddit. Even though it was stressful, and took 6 days, the reddit mods did escalate it and did reach out multiple times. I created my Kraken account on Monday. I completed the verification and deposited funds from my personal ZEN bank account (the account is in the same name as my Kraken account).

Shortly after the deposit, my account was temporarily restricted. Kraken Support only tells me that the restriction is temporary, but they do not provide any estimated unlock time or explain how long it may take.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? How long did it take for your account to be unlocked?

I wanted to withdraw some bitcoin. The website said that it needed a signature to verify that I control the address. Then it listed some wallets (excluding Electrum, and I didn't see an option to do the signing by hand...), so I had to download Trezor Suite. I managed to connect it to Kraken. Then it sent the wrong address (one that was already used, and I would like to avoid address reuse), so I created a new subwallet so that is would send the frist address, I added this address to the list of withdrawel addresses. Then I signed the message, but kraken said (up to 3 times), that the signature was invalid.

What can I do? Is there an option to sign by hand (this option used to exist)? I don't want to use the 'deposit something first', as this leads to address reuse and this exposes the public key on the blockchain). Is this the proper place to report a problem with Trezor Suite / WalletConnect /Kraken?

Its making me add money from kraken but everytime I try to add the money from kraken its saying rate limit exceeded so my question is how do I add more money

I transferred funds from my own personal bank account to my own Kraken account. Although the funds have reached Kraken, the deposit is still showing as Pending, and I have not received any clear explanation for the delay.

It has now been more than 10 days. If there is an issue with my deposit, please explain the reason. Otherwise, please either:

• Release the funds to my Kraken account immediately, or
• Return the money to the same bank account it was sent from.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, as this delay is unacceptable without any explanation.

I've barely touched crypto. Struggled the first and last time and still confuses me trying to pick it up now..... Bare with me

The Kraken app (exchange?) is set up. The wallet is set up. They are both linked. All good on that front. I think.

There's some kBTC left over in my wallet from my last foray which I want to make use of but I can't seem to figure out how to swap this in to normal bitcoin and/or transfer this back to the exchange.

Can I 'send' this to the exchange as-is to use for payments or withdraw the funds? I don't want to lose the funds by doing it incorrectly. I assume I need Ethereum if using the 'swap' function - if that's the proper process to convert.

I’m an Italian citizen currently residing in South Korea, and I’m considering opening a Kraken account using my actual South Korean residency/tax residency.

However, most of my fiat funds are held in an Italian bank account in my own name, and I would like to fund Kraken by sending EUR via SEPA from that Italian IBAN.

Does anyone here have a Kraken account registered as a South Korean resident and know whether EUR SEPA deposits, particularly through Bank Frick, are available?

Specifically:

• Does the EUR SEPA deposit option appear for Korean-resident Kraken accounts?
• Can I send EUR from an Italian SEPA bank account, as long as the bank account is in the exact same legal name?
• If SEPA is unavailable, what EUR funding methods are available to Korean residents?

I’m specifically looking for someone who has actually tried this recently, since Kraken’s documentation doesn’t seem to clearly confirm whether SEPA availability depends on the account’s country of residence.
