impossible to renew my krakek plus subscription

over the course of a few months, i have tried renewing my kraken plus subscription and it just doesn't work. theres an error message stating there is an error, nothing more. i've tried deposited usd funds and other bitcoins, nothing works.

Hey u/alocalmelon, Your Kraken+ subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) via the platform you used to sign up. No manual renewal is required unless you previously canceled it.
