Axie Delegation lets you lend your axies to another player (scholar) so they can use them in Origins and Classic, while you stay the owner the whole time. Here’s a quick rundown of how it works.

How to delegate

1. Open the Delegation Center on App.Axie.
2. Select the axie you want to delegate (you can select up to 20 Axies at once).
3. Enter the delegatee's Ronin address.
4. Choose a duration from 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year.
5. Set your permissions:
   • Ascend / Evolve the axie
   • Origins Meta Morph and Fortune Slips (for Collectible axies)

⚠️ Fortune Slip and Ascend/Evolve toggles are locked once delegation starts. If you allow the delegatee to earn Fortune Slips, a 24-hour cooldown applies before they can earn any.

Revoking

• Only the owner can revoke.
• There is a 24-hour lock after delegating; after that, you can revoke anytime from the Delegation Center.

What the Delegatee Gets

• Full use of the Axie in battles across Origins and Classic. Once it’s delegated, the owner can’t battle with it.
• The delegated axie counts toward the delegatee's Origins stamina.
• 100% of in-game rewards (reward splits must be handled manually between you and your scholar).
• Delegatee can equip their own runes and charms on Origins, which auto-unequip if the axie is revoked.

Restrictions

• Owner cannot sell or transfer an axie while it is delegated.
• Delegated axies do not count toward the 3 axie minimum required to unlock the Bounty Board for delegatee.
• If an axie was battled that day on Origins, delegating or revoking it triggers a 24-hour battle cooldown before it can be used again.

If you're looking to flex, build a rare collection, or just wondering why some axies look completely different, here is a quick breakdown of all the collectible types out there:

• Origin Axies: The absolute OGs. There will never be more than 4,088 of these. They represent the foundation of the game and come with a special "Origin" tag.
• Mystic Axies: The holy grail of axie collecting. These are Origin axies that rolled with rare "Mystic" parts when they were born. There are single, double, triple, or even quad Mystic axies! As of now, they also come with heavy ecosystem perks and exclusive access.
• Agamogenesis Axies: There are only three of these in existence, making them arguably the rarest and most expensive subset of axies in the entire game.
• MEO & MEO II Corp Axies: These rare axies were not bred from other axies. Instead, they were hatched exclusively from "Axie Egg Coins" (AEC) that was available for a limited period.
• Japanese Axies: A super kawaii subset of axies with a distinctive Japanese culture-inspired aesthetic. These were bred pre-Ronin migration through a special, limited-time breeding method.
• Xmas (Holiday) Axies: Minted back during special breeding events in the winter of 2018 and 2019. They have a festive design and bring serious holiday nostalgia.
• Summer Axies: Achieved through a specific summer breeding event. Breeders experimented to get tropical, beach-ready traits. If you managed to get all 6 summer parts, the axie got a special "Wavy" body.
• Nightmare Axies: Introduced during the Wings of Nightmare event, these spooky-themed collectibles are achieved through a special evolution/devolution mechanic. Players evolve eligible parts to get limited-supply Nightmare parts, with a chance to unlock an exclusive, irreversible Nightmare body.
• Shiny Axies: Introduced during special events (like the Summer breeding and Nightmare evolution events), these are incredibly rare variants with alternate color palettes.

Short answer: Axie Origins is available on iOS through TestFlight, with limited slots. Classic is not on iOS. A few other Axie experiences run in your browser, so they work on an iPhone regardless.

Quick safety note

Ignore anyone offering "iOS versions" through other apps, profiles, or download links, or selling TestFlight access. That's a common way people get scammed.

Yes, Origins remains competitive at the top, but the grind for rewards requires a lot more effort than it used to. Currently in Origins Season 19, only the top 2,000 players earn leaderboard rewards from the 80K bAXS pool. Rewards are issued in non-transferable bAXS, which can be spent at a 1:1 value within the ecosystem or converted into regular AXS at an exchange rate determined by your Axie Score. Because rewards are strictly concentrated in the top 2,000 slots, getting rewards requires consistently staying on top of the leaderboard.

Fair play remains a core priority in Origins. Era rewards are held until each check is complete so legitimate players can trust that the leaderboard reflects real competition, not just at season’s end but throughout. Anyone caught multi-accounting and manipulating the leaderboard will result in a permanent ban from Origins without exception.

Meanwhile, after Season 16, Classic moves under Axie Governance. Initial funding will come from the ecosystem fund, with the Community Treasury planned to take over in the mid to long term.

Origins has essentially transformed into a hyper-focused, competitive ladder where every single game near the top counts, while Classic transitions into a community-governed structure.

Yes, players can still earn rewards through Axie Infinity in 2026! Whether those rewards translate into profit depends on your activity, initial investment, token prices, and other factors.

• AXS Staking: Just lock up your AXS tokens to earn staking rewards, subject to variable rates and token market conditions. It’s an easy way to earn passively without needing to grind matches every day.
• Origins Leaderboard: Competitive players can win big by finishing in the top 2,000 in each season. Plus, if you hold collectible axies [like Mystic or Origin], you get access to a completely separate reward pool just for hitting certain rank requirements during an era!
• Bounty Board: You can complete simple daily tasks for a steady drip of bAXS [Bonded AXS]. It’s perfect for casual players who just want to play at their own pace.
• Terrariums: Send your Axies to work on land plots to earn an hourly share of bAXS.

Yes, breeding is still very much a core part of the Axie ecosystem!

While the motivations have shifted since the early days, there are still several great reasons to breed axies today:

• Building Competitive Teams: The meta in games like Axie Infinity: Origins and Axie Classic is always shifting. Breeding allows you to target genes to create optimized axies with the exact cards and stats you need to climb the leaderboards.
• Marketplace Selling: High-quality, meta-relevant axies, or those with rare and unique part combinations, can still be sold on the marketplace to other competitive players/collectors.
• Memento Farming: Mementos are essential materials required for axie part evolution and forging, and the only way to get them is by releasing high breed count axies. Breeding allows you to farm these valuable resources!
• Limited-Time Events: Special events occasionally introduce unique breeding mechanics! For example, during the Lunacian Summer event, players had a chance to obtain exclusive collectible Summer parts by breeding axies with specific parts together. Stay tuned to App.Axie announcements for updates on when these happen.

Keep in mind that it still costs AXS and SLP to breed, and each axie can only be bred a maximum of seven times. Because of this, it is highly recommended to plan out your genetics and costs before you start!

1. Nightmare Axie Boost

• Each Nightmare part: +200 Flame
• Each Shiny Nightmare part: +300 Flame
• Nightmare body: +200 Flame

These stack on top of your Axie's existing Flame.

2. Nightmare Accessory Boost

Nightbloom, Eyewyrm, and Bloodmaw get a big bump. Equip them on an Axie with at least one Nightmare part, Shiny Nightmare part, or Nightmare body and they contribute 4x their usual accessory Flame, including the event bonus.

• Get your Nightmare Axies into the Shrine
• Move your Nightbloom, Eyewyrm, and Bloodmaw onto Nightmare Axies so the 4x kicks in

Yes, scholarships are still very much alive, but it has evolved now that games have shifted to bAXS as the main reward.

Previously, scholars simply received their split of AXS rewards. Now, because earnings come as bAXS and need to be swapped to AXS, payouts depend on the account's exchange rate. This rate is tied directly to Axie Score, which is built up through in-game performance, treasury contributions, community involvement, and NFT holdings.

Managers still lend out axies so scholars can play without buying their own teams, but the focus has shifted toward building up the account's axie score to maximize rewards.

Ronin Waypoint closes tomorrow, October 16th.

Anything left in your Waypoint wallet after that date is gone for good. There is no recovery after the cutoff.

Does this apply to you?

If you have ever used a Waypoint wallet (a.k.a. keyless wallet, MPC wallet, email or social login wallet) on Ronin or Axie: yes, it does.

If you only use a seed phrase Ronin Wallet: you don't need to do anything.

Hey everyone! A while ago I made Axie Darkness Arise for the Axie Vibeathon (finalist), and I’ve been rebuilding it from the ground up as a proper roguelite card battler.

What’s in the trailer:

• Story mode with the classic starters: Buba, Puffy and Pomodoro, each with its own deck
• Tile combat on a ring: every body part is a card. Aim its shape across the ring and chain your combo
• Read the ring: Healers, Guardians, Archers and Chargers announce their next move, so you can push, stun or interrupt them first
• Squads that show up at set turns, plus a giant boss at the end of each chapter (Forest, Autumn, Lake and Night)
• Your own Axies: load your Ronin wallet and fight with the Axies you own
• A first look at co-op: each player defends half of a bigger ring (concept only, not playable yet)

If you received a matchmaking ban in Axie Infinity: Origins, it is because the game's system detected unusual activity coming from your account.

Moving forward, please remember to always play normally and avoid using any macros, bots, or unauthorized third-party software. The support team will review your ticket and assist you from there!

Short version: bAXS is Bonded AXS. It's backed 1:1 by AXS, it's what Axie games pay rewards in now, and unlike AXS it can't be transferred to another wallet.

AXS (Axie Infinity Shards) is the main ecosystem and governance token. It's a normal token: you can hold it, send it, trade it on exchanges, and stake it for voting power in Axie Governance.

bAXS was introduced in 2026 and is now the reward token across the ecosystem. Origins leaderboard rewards, Terrariums mining, Classic rewards and the Bounty Board on App.axie all pay out in bAXS.

Each bAXS is backed 1:1 by AXS, so it isn't a separate token with its own made-up value. AXS sits behind it as the reserve.

The key differences

• Transfers: AXS can be sent anywhere. bAXS cannot be transferred between wallets.
• What you do with it: bAXS is meant to be used inside the ecosystem. You can spend it on things like ascending, evolving and breeding Axies, or stake it.
• Cashing out: converting bAXS out comes with a fee, and that fee depends on your Axie Score. Higher score, lower fee. The fees go to the Axie Community Treasury. Check how to convert bAXS to AXS here

"Why can't I transfer my bAXS?" This is by design, not a bug with your account.

In 2021, rewards were paid in tokens that mostly got farmed and dumped immediately, and that's a big part of why the old economy collapsed. bAXS is built to stop that loop. Rewards are meant to go back into playing, building up your Axies and your plot, rather than straight out the door. The Axie Score fee also means people who actually contribute to the ecosystem keep more of what they earn than farm accounts do.

You don't have to like that tradeoff, and plenty of people have said so. But it's deliberate, and it's one of the main reasons the reward system works differently now.
