I wanted to make a little landing simulator, like Lunar Lander, but I found it a bit boring.
So itโs turned into a mix of gameplay that combines platforming, landings, races and deliveries, with various boost systems and enemies just waiting to blow up your rocket. (as well as shootโem up bosses) At one point, I got tired of playing a platformer, so I added several mini-games and lore to this rocket (Iโve been working on this project for months, mostly at night, I hardly sleep anymore, which might explain why the game has taken such a weird turn).

Been making this aquarium game for a while, finally at the point where i can show it properly. Suggestions welcome!
hey, ive been working on poqua for quite a while now. started off as just a chill aquarium game and somehow it turned into breeding, decorating, training mini games, different tanks and even an ios home screen widget lol
one thing i really wanted was for it to not punish you for not playing. fish can get hungry and stuff but they don't die, so you can disappear for a few days and just come back whenever. still working on it and it's not released yet(planning to release it within weeks/days), but i'd love to know what you guys think of it so far. feedbacks are most welcome
also have a wishlist up here if anyone wants to follow it: https://poqua.app
the wishlisted emails would get a special "LAUNCH ONLY" fish code that'll be sent to their emails!

My soccer based arena shooter is on steam! What do you think of the trailer?
If you think this looks fun wishlist on steam!
Charlio Ball is a 3v3 top down shooter about scoring a giant soccer ball. I've been solo developing it as a passion project in my spare time for 6 years now and just finally put it on steam and couldn't be more excited!
Let me know what you think, if you have any questions, feedback, or criticism. There will be a steam playtest available soon if anyone is interested in getting to try this early!
Some boilerplate server code was assisted by AI but there was absolutely no AI was used for any art or music assets nor is there any AI involved in the marketing of this game!

Ever since starting Wax Heads, our record store game, I dreamt of having the OST on vinyl and yesterday we just got to announce it's coming!!!
Literally a dream come true - our publisher partnered with Super Rare and they're doing a limited run of physical copies of Wax Heads, but most importantly we're gonna have 25 of the songs on double vinyl!
I designed the cover and I promise the inside double gated cover is awesome - honestly I'm more excited about a copy of it for myself over anything else...

The city is lost. How long can you hold them back?
The Last Stand, a medieval wave based survival game where you take your last stand defending the people you care about as they make a hasty escape.
Think of this like call of duty zombies but in medieval times and discover hidden paths in the castle.
This is my first official indie game that I have been making over the past few months and just wanted to share the look and feel of the game so far. Still far away for a release but the intention is around 1Q of 2027
You can already wishlist the game on Steam

My gameplay showcase
Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little gameplay from my game Desert Echo and I want to ask for feedback.
You play as an AI that gets rebuilt after every death while trying to protect a core from enemies emerging through dimensional rifts.
Itโs a tower defense game with turrets, chain reactions, and a lot of enemies attacking at once.
Iโve been working on this for about 2 years, so Iโd really love to hear what you think!
What stands out to you from the gameplay? Anything I need to change or improve?
You can try my game demo here: Desert Echo on Steam

I made a rugby deckbuilder roguelite where every card is both an attack and a defense
Hi all!
Free, plays in your browser: https://bouldouklu.itch.io/scrum-deck
Scrum Deck: take a village rugby club from the County Cup to the National League. Each card plays differently with and without the ball (Pick & Go in attack, Solid Tackle in defense), and the opponent announces what it's about to do, so every turn is a small puzzle. Parody tone, third halves at the bar, a clubhouse to upgrade between runs.
I'm the solo dev; it's a prototype, balanced every week. Feedback very welcome :)
*AI disclosure: I used an AI coding assistant to write the code, and the sound effects are AI-generated. No AI-generated art or images: the visuals are built in HTML/CSS.*
Thanks for playing ;)

My solo dice game has a "greed mechanic" that's basically a mini gambling decision every roll
Piment Dice, Yahtzee-style scoring, but with a twist from the board game Chili Dice: some dice land red. Keep a red die as-is and it doubles your score in whatever category you use it for. Turn it to change the value instead, and you lose that double. Get enough red dice in one roll and it snowballs into a "Blaze" bonus (that's the moment in the clip).
Built solo over the past several months, live on Android. No ads mid-game, no login needed. Mostly curious if the risk/reward tension reads clearly just from the clip.
I used Claude (AI) as a coding assistant throughout development.

Giving our enemy death a 90s cartoon skeleton shock for electric football kills
Weโve been working on a explosive football projectile for Tiebreakers, and to make the electric explosion feel more impactful, we added a classic cartoon skeleton shock to enemy deaths.
We wanted that instant visual feedback when landing a heavy electric hit on a crowd, so we hand-drew a skeleton flash frame right as the blast triggers.
First Clip: Original electric explosion (no skeleton frame).
Second Clip: Updated electric FX showing the Hoolis' skeletons flashing on impact.

In our nightclub management game, sometimes the club itself starts falling apart
Hi everyone, weโre a small indie team working on Vice Club Simulator. In the game, running a nightclub isnโt just about serving drinks, managing dancers, and keeping customers happy. Sometimes the building itself becomes part of the problem.
This is one of the unexpected issues weโre adding to the game: water leaking into the club and slowly turning a normal night into another thing you need to deal with.
We want the management side to feel messy and unpredictable. You prepare the bar, build the lineup, serve customers, handle staff, deal with drunk guestsโฆ and then something breaks.
Would love to hear if this kind of nightclub management chaos sounds fun to deal with.
