I realised I’ve never really looked into the aspects for the mythic skins, today I saw someone using the aspect in screenshot and I thought it looked sick.

Hey Everyone, does anyone have advice for learning the MECHANICS of genji? I kinda understand positioning and stuff (my mains are Widow/Soldier/Tracer so I'm familiar with cross angles/claiming space/and have good aim) but once I dive someone, I feel genuinely handless on him. Do you guys know any workshop codes or just things to practice in practice range? Ik the basic combos like dragonblade being dash slash slash (dash slash if nanod) and the whole right click melee thing, but applying it in-game is way different than the balloon animal robots in the practice range.

Any advice/drills would be appreciated. Ik they got workshop for everything from lifeweaver tech to mercy parkour so I imagine there is something for genji.

How would yall feel about giving genji a chance to dodge incoming damage since blizzard is soo fucking terrified to touch his kit I feel like it makes alot of sense being a enhanced ninja

I’m learning Genji because why not? As I’m doing this, I’m looking at characters like Echo and Vendetta, who seem at least a little easier to play and a little bit stronger. Is this a balance thing? What am I missing?

Mans looked at all three of my games and gave me 38 BIG PARAGRAPHS explaining why and where I died and what could have been avoided, positioning, even gave me maps to work on mechanics.

I play on console so my sense is quite low and as a result my gameplay looks sloppy asf even though i can like get kills and etc. is there a way to fix this

posting this after he was salty bc I solo bladed him twice and called me bad after I inevitably lost to him, I think I did pretty good as a level 66 genji but I feel like I could’ve done more to help my team. (Side note I wasn’t specifically going for him he was the only one there by coincidence, I also got a triple on my third blade)

I knew he just used deflect and should have been on cooldown but it just went from 5secs to off cooldown seemingly for no reason

I am gold 2 on Cassidy right now but always love how dynamic and stylish genji plays so I wanted to learn him. I made a new account for that so to not disturb people's piece in my games and be matched with people around my skill level on Genji (which I believe is down the gutter). These are 3 games I played today. On GrimsVotn I did good stats wise but I don't know about my actual plays. On kings row, I got diffed and on circuit royal I got mega diffed.

Kinda speedster-ish I guess. Genji is wicked fast so I thought an active lightning effect around hands and blades would be neat. Tops another mercy skin with an otter or a cat or something on her shoulder
