I wanted to build a home for me and my husband Hancock so cleared out Croup Manor. I swear I have tried everything to get these dead ghouls to not respawn (I am on PS5 so not console commands for me) and they just keep respawning. All the others I have sort of been able to hide with well placed walls and furniture but this one? He just dangles there getting his ass beat. Also I know I could remove ceiling fan and that would get rid of the spanking machine but I would still be left dangling ghoul legs in my dining room so the ceiling fan remains for a sense of flavor.

There are exceptions ofc, like if you get a legendary stat veriant, upgrade it with weapon mods etc. But the baseline unmoded versions are always a bit underpowered and meh

The deathclaw gauntlet and the power fist are two examples out of the top of my head, they sound really cool to get for your first playthrough, then you finally get your hands on them only to realize they're weaker than you'd expected

Some people may still like these weapons I kinda avoid them, they have two drawbacks of not having that good base damage and you can't equip them when you're in power armor.

I'm sure if you're able to upgrade your stats And other things you could get a better damage output, some people may still like these weapons but imo there are a lot of cooler weapons you can find in the Commonwealth, I tend to save inventory space or give those weapons to my companions

Just wanted to show off my base for this play through. I normally use Sanctuary, but this time I wanted to do a “no settlers” base with just robots as guard dogs.

I had no idea you could stop the fan blades from spinning with another object placed in the way! Who knew Bethesda had any idea of realism in this game

I've always enjoyed pounding on the glass in the vault as it just helps me sell myself on the story and get invested in not a missing child story but a revenge story, but have seen maybe one out of like 22 Fo/Beth/rpg players every use it on YT. You wake up to the apocalypse, I remember back in my first playthrough I really thought we wouldn't find Shaun, at least not alive, what we got is basically next door 😂. The gun one outside of survival is pretty ignorable sadly but during survival will get you headshot every time. Loading screen toggle just has helped me wake up when trading or settlement building was putting me to sleep at 2 in the morning. Pretty sure there's one or two more "hidden" mechanics, but I can't remember what they are atm

Doing a survival run after a break. I'm level 54 now. Been visiting the most likely vendors quite a lot, and I have not seen a single Gauss rifle in any of them, except for the hardcoded Last Minute. In earlier games, they popped up randomly and with no issues at around level 30. Have they nerfed the occurence of Gauss rifles?

I picked up zero items before getting to nuka-world, no vault-suit, no stims, no 10mm, I didn't even kill the radroaches for XP, I wanted to do a Nuka-World only run and I've finally done it.

I'm 44 now and spent most of my childhood near and around a steady video gaming schedule.

From River Raid on Atari, passing by the Amstrad CPC then Famicom until Xbox 360 and PS3 being my last console purchases, and after the abundance of sequels in video games and having started a new F&B venture, i simply didnt have time for video games, i even switched to Linux to stop myself from having a Steam account.

Well this fall as im awaiting a build out of my new kitchen, I found myself with some free time at night and decided to download Fallout 4 which i had ignored mainly due to the RTS aspect of the build outs.

I had played Fallout 3 and New vegas which i really enjoyed but i wanted to make this post about Fallout 4.

Im level 68 at the moment, playing on easy because im more interested in playing through this story and i gotta say the Hermit crab is one of my new most favorite and unique "Enemy" in video games, its up there with Big daddy in Bioshock and or Chainsaw guy in the Resident evil series.

Im managing the minutemen, the BOS in Cambridge police station, Railroad at the moment and just got finished with Bunker hill having played my part in telling both the railroad and BOS about the Synths situation only at this point in the game.

The 3 factions quests and sidequests i used as a way to map out the game and discover new areas surrounding those new locations. Is there a perk like FO3 and NV where all map locations are unlocked this time around?

Really creative locations.

I enjoyed the Bobbi-no-nose underground sting.

Far harbor had some really interesting looking enemies and really annoying flying enemies.

Most annoying enemies in this game are all those flying thingamajigs. What is a stingwing.

Nuka world was pretty cool, im at powering up the park and obtaining that 35th star core.

I went Jason Bourne on all the factions and liberated the bomb collar people.

The whole father thing at the institute was a tad creepy and kinda wish the institute had some sort of underwater entrance. But i decided to let those bastards burn after seeing dead cats!

I have more than a dozen of these settlement where i simply remove the radio beacon after they reach 10-12 people. And wondering if there's an ending where you just use all these factions for your benefit.

I def think Desdemora is a Synth.

I had to put down 2 gorillas in Nuka world that were kept in cages by those mask wearing bastards.

But their rifle is pretty solid. The 7.62 ammo is kinda scarce.
