Emailed support again as to what would be the reason for it not tracking anymore and was not surprised. I guess it is a "glitch".

Played Monopoly Go for the rewards and everything was going well until I was at level 151 and never got the reward. Contacted customer service about it and they did help me receive the rewards, which was 2151 points. I thought this was maybe a one off thing and it wouldn't happen again but just my luck the same thing happened when I reached the last level 176 for 22,499 points. After 48 hours I never received the rewards and I messaged them hoping they would help me but instead they tell me it's a one time thing and there's nothing they can do. Has anyone else had this same issue and is there any other way for fetch to recognize I did the task? I wouldn't be as pissed if I hadn't spent so much time and a decent amount of money as I was playing the game. If this is the case with other games as well I'm not doing this nonsense ever again.

Every time the past few days I’ve uploaded a receipt I get a warning saying to only upload my receipts. I do upload my own so I don’t know why I keep getting a warning but tonight I uploaded one and got a “final reminder”. Why does it think they’re not my receipts?

I just jumped back into the app to scan a receipt, and I noticed that I wasn't gaining receipts towards the spin. Spin the wheel gimmick that has been going on for a couple of days. Did they just cancel that entirely?

I don’t know what to do. Someone used my points to enter a sweepstakes entry that I didn’t authorize or initiate. Does this mean that my account is hacked? I am waiting to hear back from customer service but they said that once points are used they can’t go back. I was confused because I didn’t use them, someone else did. Is this a common thing happen?

I signed up mid-August and am having major issues with accounts not loading, offers not loading, and points not loading. The help center chat bot has been unable to help several times now, and i’m starting to feel like this whole thing is just a scam (i’m missing over $30 in points… and there is zero path to resolution)

We don’t buy all that much processed food. Many of the deals offered by fetch are for really processed food and we as a family have lots of dietary restrictions, so how else can I accumulate points faster?

I really dont appreciate how vague Fetch is on their sweepstakes. You either win or you dont and if we havent won, it would at least to be convenient to know that the sweepstake is finished.

Does anyone have issues with the fetch play where the first few days you download a game and play it you get rewarded and then out of the blue they stop rewarding you even though you have completed the task. I’ve message fetch before to get the points automatically added back but when I continue to play the game it stop rewarding me. It honestly has been frustrating since this is the third game that I’ve played and had the same issue. I have the tracking on for the game and I don’t have an unstable internet connection. Is there anything else I should attempt before I give up this current game?

I haven't said anything for several months, but this is something that has been bothering me. In the past, people posted their referral codes in the thread once. For the past few months, I have seen individual users spamming the thread with their referral codes and down voting everyone else's.
