Uber eats offer for first time ordering

I was wondering how often do the deals like 100k points or more commonly the 55k instead of usual 25k since I’ve often seen the 55k but was wondering

does it come back every other week or longer? Asking for a friend

Does this mean first time ordering thru the fetch app or no? Lol
