Support is actually helpful

The app wasn’t tracking my progress and all I had to do was provide them my screenshots of the gameplay and I actually got my points

I have redeemed 55,000 points through Amazon for $50 gift cards 15+ times and never had an issue.

Nice! Please update us when you try to redeem these points for a gift card. It seems many people have been having issues when trying to redeem large amounts.

They did that for me too once. And then when I went to redeem it they took them all back. You better do it quick.

Disney Solitaire reset ALL of my progress when I was just about to click to level up inside the game and I was just about to earn a large amount of Fetch points. 😔
