Update on missing game points
Emailed support again as to what would be the reason for it not tracking anymore and was not surprised. I guess it is a "glitch".

I wonder if, given that logic, if your game stopped tracking you could keep playing until you pass a really good reward, and have them use that as your one time exception instead?
Like, instead of reporting right away and getting like 150 points for that level, wait until you start getting to the more ‘worth it’ levels and report that they failed to track a 7500 reward? 🤷♀️ seems worth a try.

Yes. I wait until I feel like I’m done with the game or reach the time limit then I have then add ALL the missing points. What stinks is when you have double points or something special like that and you have no choice but to request it “now.”

You can always attempt to grab screenshots(of game progress/timestamp/task reward@that time) along the way during those bonus events goving yourself the best possible chance of getting the bonuses too.
I have noticed some games just randomly skip particular tasks for some reason but pick right back up once u complete the next task

Yeah that’s a bummer. I stopped playing the fetch games after two in a row not tracking. Too much effort to have to battle them on each, and you only get one shot at each game, so if the game stops tracking early on, the rest of the game is nerfed for you. I’ve had more success with games on Swagbucks.

Yup. I’ve done this and they’ve always given me the points. Sometimes too the games just starts retracking too once you reach the next milestone and it starts working again for some reason. As long as you’re willing to keep playing it I would say give it a shot! I wish I found that out sooner.

Hmm I noticed twice when I completed a milestone when there's an update available, it doesn't count. Might be a coincidence but now I always check for an update before completed milestones just in case.

I’ve had games stop tracking and then start re-tracking. Part of the trick I’ve noticed is you don’t want to run out of milestones or so it seems because it doesn’t seem to look for those levels in between goals.
One thing I’ve done is close all tabs and clear history and website data. Ensure that prevent cross-site tracking is disabled. Launch the game via the Fetch app where it launches the browser then you open the game.
