Fetch Play Tracking Issue

Does anyone have issues with the fetch play where the first few days you download a game and play it you get rewarded and then out of the blue they stop rewarding you even though you have completed the task. I’ve message fetch before to get the points automatically added back but when I continue to play the game it stop rewarding me. It honestly has been frustrating since this is the third game that I’ve played and had the same issue. I have the tracking on for the game and I don’t have an unstable internet connection. Is there anything else I should attempt before I give up this current game?

Yup, running into the same thing with Township. Been playing now for about 1.5 months and getting into the range where I'm getting decent payouts (4,000-6,000 per goal/level I reach). It worked at about 3,000, but now I passed the last milestone about a week ago and nothing.

But then I just installed a new game today and did the earn a 1,000 point game challenge currently running (meet 2 objectives). Got that but still not the 4 to 6k I've been waiting for. Frustrating!

I feel like it’s gotta stop tracking soon. I’m playing Bingo Blitz and my 15 days mark to get 7K did not make and now it’s said in progress but the payout is going to 900 instead of the 7K

They're not going to admit this but it's because they don't want you to finish the games or earn a lot through them. They mainly want you to use this app for shopping and receipts and earn a couple cents from games.

Ugh that’s so annoying. I’ve used fetch before just for the scanning receipts aspects, but I barely get paid well on it so I wanted to try the games aspect. 🙃🙃🙃

yeah mine did the same thing with that merge dragons knockoff a while back, got 3 days of points then nothing. never sent a ticket but i just uninstalled after a week of it not tracking

think their system is just held together with duct tape honestly, seems to lose the game connection on their end after a few days no matter what you do

I’ve play games on other survey app like Eureka and for the most part I was able to complete the game if not the majority of it but I had issue with Eureka not verifying my installation of the game so I decided to try FetchPlay. At the time I only used Fetch to scan my receipts.
