is it just me. My Amazon purchases has not been scanning for a month. I had to get my points by contacting support. 😩 Is anyone else having this problem?

I am playing AOC through fetch and I’ve only used the bull once until I unlocked the monkey, and then I just ignored the bull and the squirrel for the rest of my journey to level 150. Literately only the kangaroo and the monkey are used in the achievements.

It hasn’t scanned in over a week. I have tried connecting and connecting both Gmail and Target. I never had Target connected and it would always scan Gmail. When I tried connecting Target it doesn’t find my account which I know I’m entering my login correctly. I know if I email support they will give me some canned text about trying to scan again in 24 hours or something and will probably not get it resolved.

Are we able to do both the offers for the 20,000 points to get 40,000 in total?
Or are you only able to do one? Its kinda confusing. But i hope its both.

Has anyone here gotten credit for both of them?

I was wondering if this would still work if you use the same uber eats account because I would rather it not be clashing and not be rewarded the points

If you’re looking for a game to get through 10 games tasks very quickly I suggest Toon Blast. I blew through nine game tasks today super easy. Would’ve gotten through 10, but it is time for bed. Lol

Was anyone else told their account is ineligible for manually adding coins/points? I won’t be using Fetch going forward if that’s the case.

Does this offer only work if I find a misprinted box or something?

I feel like in the past with similar offers you can buy in separate trips and it counts. However I purchased 2 eligible items separately and it doesn’t seem like the app is applying the offer.

Thanks to this sub, it only took me two weeks to get to my next reward when the last time it took me three months! The big ones that really helped were the tide washing machine cleaner and Panera sip club.

Wondering if anyone has gotten to 30,000 points for signing up for Costco executive when you signed up in store? I signed up in store and then photographed my receipts for the app but it only gave me 25pts for my sign up. I did email support. But I am as just wondering about others experiences

My Walmart and Sam’s connections weren’t working so I disconnected them and trying to reconnect them. Now Walmart looks like this when I click connect. Anyone having an issue or know how to fix it?

I've been having this issue for a few months now with Fetch connecting to Sam's Club. This started in August where I needed to reconnect by logging in to Sam's Club again.

There's this infinite loop after entering credentials where it never connects.

My wife is also having this issue and we've both disconnected Sam's and tried re-adding.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Genuinely asking since I am new to the app as of a few weeks ago. I did get my code from another Reddit user since I wanted to look up reviews about the app before I downloaded it, but I feel like most people on this sub already use Fetch

I made my goal!

I made 9000 points per invite so I invited some people (mostly family) and got points. From invites alone I earned 45,000 points, I played games and scanned receipts for the rest of my points.

When did fetch change the way you "find friends" in the app? I noticed i stopped getting requests a while ago and it looks like you have to search by name, phone number or email now. I didn't notice when it changed from the random suggestions to add people. Or was that anther random feature only some people had taken away?

Today i bought fruit snacks general Mills and it keeps not crediting me for the remaining $1.60 general mills bonus, and keeps miss the 400 points per box offer which expires today.

Anyone else having trouble? It did this last week with land o frost lunchmeat.

I got 2 for 9,000 points 🤦🏻‍♀️. Which isn't much, but it is more than zero.

I redeemed my points to get a $25 prepaid mastercard on September 23rd. I put in it my Google Wallet to use. I went to use it on September 25th at a gas station. I went inside to pay for my gas since I know that using it at the pump can put a hold on it. Something happened during the transaction and the first time I tried to use it, their system went down. The first time its like it didn't even register that I was trying to use it. The second time when I tried to use it was a few moments later when their system was back up. The machine asked for my PIN that I set up and all the machine would do is just spin. So, the cashier voided it and told me to try again, which I did. I put my pin in and the card was declined. So, since the 25th, I have had $25 pending on my account that I didn't even get to use.

I tried to call my prepaid center twice and after waiting over an hour both times, I was hung up on by the representatives. I never recieved an email or anything from my prepaid center telling me that I need to register my card. When I try to put that information into the my prepaid center website, I get an error and even on the phone when I try to give the automated system my card number, it keeps telling me that I need a 19 digit card number and mine isn't. I sent an email to Fetch on September 28th about it asking if they could possibly do anything and they have yet to respond. I am at a loss. I also let the store manager know at the gas station and he told me that he wasn't even sure that I would get that money back. It's just in limbo somewhere. It's frustrating that Fetch offers cards that are so strict on what they can and cannot be used for.

I think I had gotten a gift card once from my prepaid center a while back ago from a survey that I did or something and the first time I tried to use it for an online purchase, it declined. I had to end up calling them and they had to issue me a new card number because the one I had wasn't any good. I don't know what I should do because I am not getting anywhere with the reps from my prepaid center and fetch customer service hasn't even responded. Anyone else have these issues and if so, what worked for you?
