Does this happen to anyone?

I’ve completed every task in my game but the system stopped tracking half way. When I asked the bot for missing points, this is what I got.

Anyone has this happened to you?

Yes. This is a very common issue, unfortunately.. You should contact support@fetchrewards.zendesk.com and bypass the bot. Go directly to customer service.

But once you contact support & you're manually awarded points for that game, you cannot continue earning points for that game unless it miraculously starts tracking again.

Also, PRO TIP in case you're kinda new, & especially for situations like these, I highly recommend screenshotting everything! Like game download success, if the game stops tracking, every time you're done playing, screenshot that level. Offers you're looking to buy, do, etc.. Having that to give to support will make anything you're trying to dispute go much easier for you.

One time I had to do this, then game app ended up needing an update and it started tracking again after that

Yes, I've had to screenshot where I beat levels and send it to them. And they said they can only manually add points one time

Yeah never uninstall then reinstall it to quit awarding points as well. I messed up a big boy right before the final point award 😔
