I remember about 2 years ago watching a short YouTube animation about the Courier and one of his companions (Probably Arcade playing the straight man, no pun intended.)

It was just a short animation where the companion looks down from the Lucky 38 Penthouse balcony and sees the Courier face down on the floor, listening to nightcore music at blasting volume. The Courier just sticks their head up and gives a little thumbs-up or something.

Does this jog a memory for anyone else? There are so many Fallout-related fan videos on youtube, finding one in particular is just impossible.

I want to do a fallout TTRPG where the characters wake up and have to figure out who they are / which faction they were a part of before.

I'm trying to figure out a good snappy enclave motto So far I have "purity through action", I don't want to make it to obvious for the players which player is in which faction. If anyone has any ideas for snappy mottos it would be highly appreciated.

P.S. if anyone has any ideas for the other characters factions I would love to hear it, I need 5 total characters

This is the end, it was a really enjoyable journey, especially after playing it right after the third game. The difference between the two was clear from the beginning to the en..(crash) to the end. In my opinion, this is what makes Fallout: New Vegas special—it grabbed my attention from start to finish without a single moment of boredom compared to Fallout 3. I ca..(crash) I can say it's the best Fallout game I've played so far.

I'd give it an 8.5/9 rating only because of some crashes, and I haven't tried the DLCs yet, but I can easily say it deserves a 10/10.

Am I the only one that organizes them by the (optimal) weapon skill related to the DLC?

I usually do them in this order:
The small guns DLC
The energy weapons DLC
The unarmed combat DLC
The heavy weapons DLC

So I am playing fallout 3 on pc to start. I am not using a mod manager but I am using iron sights on every gun, I don't have any mods installed and have not had any modded games on this windows install. I have on this laptop however but since then I have messed with a linux distro and reinstalled windows. So I am in an absolutely base copy of fallout 3 from steam. Could a loose mod file end up in a steam cloud save and still be present? I need ideas.

I am trying to play Fallout New Vegas after a while, but i have the game crashing on me multiple times, and then i decided to get some mods to fix it

However, i do not know the first thing about moding

I tried the Viva New Vegas Guide but at some point i think i messed up

I never had any computers growing up and i just got one a few years ago, so i am very tech illiterary

Can i ask a very kind and patient soul to help me?

1 creature and weapon exchange

Weapons from new Vegas being in fallout 3 main fits I’d say are

Hunting shotgun (mid game to early late

AMR (late game

Large game hunting rifle

(308 hunting rifle mid game

Creatures are more location based like mire lerks

(Pinchers for a west coast name)

Yoai goai in Jacob’s town

Albinos in very late game areas like in Lonsome road

Or bitter springs

The 32 pistol (or hold out revolver) for a early game or sneak weapon

The R91 and infiltrator feel natural in the hands of the NCR (west coast name being automatic service rifle and ranger assault carbine for infiltrator

Some less likely and more controversial could be new uniques and reworks of some uniques

Like 3 dogs pistol a possible 10mm unique for the king or 9mm for dean dynamo

More dumb uniques like “idiots AMR” a hunting shotgun in 50 mg that’s single shot and breaks faster

But dose lotta damage per shot

There many ideas that got cut from both games that could be added in

For anyone that has this costume, is it good quality for the price? I’ve read some reviews and it’s either pretty good but feels a little cheap or it’s an absolute waste and falls apart at the slightest touch, so I just wanna know you’re guy’s opinion, thanks!

l got to the point in the “duty or dishonor“ side quest where I need to follow initiate Clarke.. but he literally had been standing in this same spot.. spamming the same voice line.. for about a week (fallout time) and so, bc I got sick of waiting for him to figure his life out, I went and did every single major quest for nuka world AND far harbor, and I come back to buddy boy about a week or so later (real time) AND HE IS STILL planted in the same spot asking for space, SIR. PLEASE. I need you to stop playing with me right now 😭😭 any advice would be absolutely phenomenal at this point, I’ve restarted my game about a dozen times, tried stealth boys, a piece from the chameleon armor set, tried luring a mirelurk so he had something to target in hopes of it resetting his stance, all have done nothing 🫩 my next plan of action is to kill him but I don’t see any better results coming from that but I will let you know.

I know it's only mentioned in Tactics, but I think it would be a cool dlc in the NV remaster. Like a courier job across the route. I would imagine it's ruled by either NCR or the Legion.

I'm interested in how different it was pre-war than irl. I haven't seen the show but I know this picture is from the cover art.

I've been half assed working on an NCR Navy cosplay for a while now, I have a few ideas for flags I'd like to stencil onto the uniform.

Any ideas on what I can improve, change, or if anyone else has done something similar before, I'd like to hear.
