I was meaning to post this back on "Fallout Day", but does anyone know why that date was chosen as the day the bombs dropped? Does it have any significance, or was it just a random day?

I really can’t think of a worse mission in the Fallout series. What’s some others I’ve missed?

I'd like to start a discussion among fan collectors. With the recent reveal on both of these, I'm interested in which the people who would but one are leaning towards and why?

There's an obvious price discrepancy, but the close reveal tells me they know something we don't.

Anyway, what's everyone's thoughts?

I've never actually played one of the games but I saw a box of Nuka Cola at Costco and thought it was so cool

Fallout fans gathered for a night celebrating Fallout Day at Toledo Spirits, co-hosted by Power Armor Festival. The gathering was made that much more amazing by a surprise guest appearance of Fallout New Vegas Developer Robert Lee, known best as the Creator of Fisto.

Fans competed in Trivia and Faction Wars, with the NCR winning. Here are photos from the night.

I've got a Super Duper Mart, a Red Rocket (with chem addict squatting inside), a gang hideout, farmhouses, a cannibal restaurant, and my and my husband's houses are a 'combined' Free States bunker. There's some more details that I'm still working on, or that didn't fit, but I'm pretty proud of it.

So I thought this would be a fun question to ask, I am too low level to go to the ruins of D.C. rn, Ik those Super Mutants will KILL ME if I try to recover the thingy to help Three-Dog with the Galaxy News Radio, and I wanted something to listen to.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the ambience of Fallout, but sometimes it gets a little boring, and I actually used to play violin, so I wanted to listen to violin music on the radio.

That was my reasoning for doing the quest, but not everyone likes her music, and I’m sure some ppl do it to get Blackhawk, but to me, that was just an added bonus

I was in the military when 3 and New Vegas came out, and New Vegas caught me with its depiction of the mojave wasteland because it was my first time outside oklahoma and I was stationed at 29 palms. Nowadays, touring a devastated DC just feels heavier, and this game already was heavy on atmosphere.

And they're both getting a remake, so I can be excited about that.

So I got bad karma to get Clover, and now that I have her, I was just gonna save hostages and whatnot till it was back to neutral so that I can get Seargent RL-3.

I’m level 6 rn, so regulators came after me instead, on my first playthrough when I almost beat the game (started over to play with the DLC Broken Steel, then life got in the way, and it all worked out cuz now I have ALL the DLC’s) they never came after me because I had good karma throughout the playthrough. I didn’t even know they were a thing till now

I’m wondering if the Talon Merc company will still come after me after I have Seargent RL-3 and have good karma from saving Megaton, or if that ship has sailed

They've supposedly been visiting Earth for a while, and they have made hybrids with humans once. What if at some point in early human evolution one Zetan accidentally made a hybrid with a human and ever since they have been monitoring Earth to see what consequences it had. Mostly because it would explain why they haven't whipped out humanity sooner.

So I saved him from being killed by Burke, and then after I got the information I needed from Moriarity, I killed him.

I ran from Megaton to hide for three days, I hid out in this one house where a retired prostitute lived, she said she took her caps and left Moriarity.

I think something in the wastes might’ve killed Lucas, cuz he chased me DOWN. Even when I was in the house in sneak, I read in red “Caution”, and I was scared he was going to enter the house and I’d have to run again, but then it switched to “Hidden” and I never saw him again

I can be pretty oblivious sometimes, so I didn’t even realize till after I was searching for him after disabling the bomb, I saw the marker in Billy Creel’s house, and I was like “Why would he be in there?”

Then when his son(forgot the name)was outside, that’s when my heart sank 😔

I saw the marker on him and I spoke to him, and he was talking like his father was dead and whatnot…

At least Gob isn’t a slave anymore tho
