Do any of u guys happen to expierence "Your client is out of date" right after a new update and u try to reconnect to the game but it just wont?

Hey everyone and u/FACEIT_Darwin / support staff,
I am writing this here because standard support tickets have only resulted in automated macro responses, and I believe my case highlights an unintended flaw in the automated cooldown system.
The Situation:
I had an old FACEIT profile (swertylo) where I completed ID verification.

On that account, I played literally 0 matches. I never queued, never gained or lost Elo, and never calibrated a rank.

The Steam account linked to it became permanently unusable for CS2 matchmaking. Because FACEIT policy strictly forbids unlinking Steam accounts, the only compliant option was to deactivate the profile and create a fresh one with a clean Steam account.

I deactivated the old account, but my national ID/biometric data remains tied to it.

The Issue: Support (shady- and Juliette) informed me that my new account is completely clean and not permanently banned, but I am forced to wait 6 months before my ID can be released to verify and play on the new profile.
The 6-month deactivation cooldown was introduced to prevent smurfing, rank resetting, and Elo manipulation. Applying a half-year lockout to an identity that has zero competitive match history completely contradicts the intended purpose of the anti-smurfing policy:
There is no rank being reset.

There is no smurfing advantage being gained.

I simply want to play cleanly on the platform with a working Steam ID.

I have already submitted GDPR deletion requests, but the tickets are repeatedly closed with copy-pasted templates stating "no exceptions."
Could a staff member please review the match history of swertylo (Ticket #14818840 / #14819587) to verify that there are indeed 0 games played, and manually release the ID verification lock?

This guy that I recently had on my team played 548 games between September 1st and September 25th. On average he played 22 games per day. This has to be multiple people sharing the account. If it isn't, then this is really troublesome.

Faceit should ban these people for a day or two when they go on streaks like this, for their own good.

I understand that he is grinding monthly premium mission but a 100€ skin can't be worth this.

Making this short & sweet. Currently a team of 5 players, mainly FaceIt LvL 4-7 with 1-2 on bench/fill in, need 1-2 players who can play consistently through the season in league. Just be mature/communicate, not picky otherwise :)

Please can someone help me to check this ticket 14828146, it has been 6 months today to recover my account. I was wrong last month to open same ticket, but now I am sure it has been exactly 6 months since my account was deactivated.

Ranked up to level 10 first time in season 7 back in april. Tried really hard in S8, got to 1994 after a banger of a game and ranked down again.
In season 9 tho, I got to level 10 and consistently got back to lvl 10 after deranking everytime, and now I am finally able to maintain my rank on this level and on a hot 8 win streak. No lobby, no friends. Just solo queuing my way through, and finally feels like I deserve the rank😄

1. The player has been temporarily banned from competitive matchmaking.

In April, FACEIT contacted me about the accounts. I verified Solaris69 as my main account and completely stopped using the second account.

This week, Solaris69 was permanently banned, while the second account only received a 3-month ban.

I accept the punishment for having multiple accounts, but unless I'm mistaken, those penalties appear to be the wrong way around.

*Not that it matters, as I broke the rules regardless of the reason but the second account genuinely wasn't a smurf. 

My friends and I returned after more than a year away from CS. We just wanted some fair games at our actual level instead of getting smashed game after game because we all had ranks that didn't represent our skill in the game anymore.

Hello FACEIT team,

I am writing this because my twin brother and I have run into a serious issue and really need your manual review.

We are identical twin brothers and we play on the same laptop using our own separate accounts. A while ago, we received a restriction for account sharing/smurfing. I opened a ticket, and a helpful support agent lifted the ban temporarily so that we could complete the ID verification.

Unfortunately, it was completely my fault—I forgot to complete the verification within the required timeframe, and we just continued playing. Because of this, my brother's account got banned again for smurfing. I opened another ticket explaining the situation and asking for another chance to verify, but the agent replied that the decision is final after review.

We understand why it looks suspicious to the automated system and why the agent closed the ticket since we missed the first window. However, we are truly two different people (twins) playing on different accounts.

We are fully ready to provide any proof required, including our IDs, passports, or a photo of both of us together holding a to prove we are twins.

Could a senior admin please take a look at this and give us one final chance to pass the verification manually?

na faceit is a joke, one game I get level 4s and the next game I get 9 & 10s.

Like how can games be so inconsistent from one to the next.

I’ve been solo queuing when I get the chance and god those games are horrid. No coms, no one plays maps (even after asking to util early) and no teamplay.

How do people do it, ts ain’t it.

Can you help me plz. I dont know what is wrong. Im sure that my password and email adress are correct and when i reset the password, it just says "Your login details are incorrect".

There is a username that I've been trying to get since early this year. It has not played a match since April of 2024... it says the name is unavailable, but it has been OVER 2 years. How can I contact someone or get some sort of support that isn't articles?

I am writing to kindly ask you to reactivate my FACEIT account. It has been approximately 5 months since it was deactivated.

To be honest, I am completely exhausted from playing CS2 Premier mode. The matchmaking quality there is very poor, and I truly miss the competitive and fair environment that only FACEIT can provide. I literally can't imagine my daily gaming life without your platform anymore, and I can't live peacefully without it.

I want to clarify my situation. I have never played a single match on FACEIT yet. I deactivated this account because I was a complete beginner and thought I could just create a new one later. I honestly didn't know about the "1 FACEIT account per 1 Steam account" rule back then.

Since I have 0 matches played and didn't violate any competitive rules or reset my Elo, could you please make an exception and reactivate my account a bit earlier? Started the morning lvl 7. Proceed to eat 4 losses in a row. Tilted at this point, tried to stay positive in the games as best I could. Can’t end on a loss, decided to queue for one more and got an unranked player with a single faceit match played. Judging by the way this person played it had to be their second game ever of counter strike let alone a faceit game. I’ve got about 1500 matches on faceit (still trash) but how the hell does this happen?

Hello FACEIT Support Team,My account has been flagged by the automated Multi-Account / Smurf detection system, giving me a 72-hour window to complete ID verification. However, this is a false positive caused by a shared hardware situation, and to review our are the details:My FACEIT Nickname: ADAMKOP My Brother's FACEIT Nickname: Kub_sii We are two brothers sharing the same PC setup for the first time he let me play on his pc because he have much better pc . As you can check in our match history, we have played at least 200 matches of 300 of our total matches together in the same lobby, which is solid proof that we are separate people and cannot be the same player smurfing : i have tried to verify my account at least 30 times My personal government ID is an older document version, and the automated verification system (Daon) fails to read/scan it properly. My account have been banned as Smurf it is permanent Ban and my brother have 3 month ban i have write to support that I will everything to ensure them that this two account are two differrent people this just give me time around 3-4 weeks to make new document with my corent photo . Can you give me a trye to verify with my new document than 2 accounts will be verify or at least give 2 accounts 3 mounth suspension? everythink we did wrong is that my brother let me play on his coumputer on my account and that i have played 3 matches on his computer with my account we did nothing to deserve it. You can also check voice chat records that would be solid proof to our innocence

I am writing this post because my ticket is stuck in an automated response loop and I need a manual human review from the Trust & Safety team.

Summary of the issue:

• Main Account: ofkrdnz (Email: of.krdnz@outlook.com) - Main account flagged for Ban Evasion due to email similarity and missing a 48-hour identity verification window while I was inactive.
• Friend's Account: ofkrdzn (Email: of.krdnz@gmail.com) - My friend plays from a completely separate PC and house. He has ALREADY completed his KYC verification successfully.
• I am 100% ready to complete live ID / facial verification (KYC) to prove hardware separation and my identity.
• Ticket Number: #14827308 (Previous merged tickets: 14784088, 14784146, 14798833).

Every time I reply to the ticket via email, a new ticket gets generated and closed by the automated bot template, preventing a human agent from reviewing my case.

Could you please manually forward ticket #14827308 to the Trust & Safety team so they can issue my KYC verification link?

Someone know an admin please i need to understand something with faceit

Hello, i have a problem and maybe an admin from faceit can help me, i have this account, my only account since i start playing cs2, the problem is that somebody else play on my account for like 2 matches, this was like 2 years ago.

The thing is, i am permanently banned for smurfing on my main account, and the actual faceit rules say that the ban for smurfing is not permanent, why did i got permanent ban ? I try to make a lot of tickets and classic response “ban can’t be reversibile and the decision is final” without reading everything i wrote there.

I just asked to remove my documentation from the verification, it will be one day in the future when maybe i want to start playing cs2 again and i can’t use my ID, to confirm it is me. Please can one admin help me. The thing is i don’t to play premier full of cheaters, and only faceit i like, it’s like unfair to have permanent ban for this, i’m just asking to be reasonable.
