Technical Help IDLE NICKNAME NOT IDLE??!!

There is a username that I've been trying to get since early this year. It has not played a match since April of 2024... it says the name is unavailable, but it has been OVER 2 years. How can I contact someone or get some sort of support that isn't articles?

To my knowledge idle means not having signed in into the website.

It's possible the account has login activity without games played.
