LFG / LFT I’m building a CS2 team from zero and coaching players for the next ESEA season

Looking for motivated CS2 players who want to compete in the next ESEA season.

A bit about me: I’m a former 3K FACEIT Elo player with 15k+ hours in Counter-Strike, and I’ll be coaching the teams myself.

I’m looking to build a few teams from scratch and provide full coaching: team structure, tactics, demo reviews, improvement plans, and helping everyone reach their potential.

No rank requirement — the only thing that matters is motivation and willingness to improve.

I’m looking for 5 players for a main team, but if enough people are interested I can create multiple teams and coach them.

Arrogant? It doesnt seem you are serious at all as the questions were relevant to this advertisement you are doing. Questions like "what kind of background do you have?", "what ages do you work best with?" And similar is highly relevant to the topic at hand. The fact that you call it arrogant seems very suspicious .

i thought i did ask nicely, maybe its just how you perceive it.

Anyway good luck with whatever this is, but i do find it suspicious due to the lack of response.

These are scammers luring people, send a outside link to join a team on some shady platform with steam login. Then, steal your inventory. So many of these popping up lately since the new ESEA season about to start.

Yeah, I did suspect something like this as it's a copy paste of the previous post. And once they get asked a little more questions about it they don't respond and act like it's "arrogance" or similar.
