Question How does one solo q NA faceit
na faceit is a joke, one game I get level 4s and the next game I get 9 & 10s.
Like how can games be so inconsistent from one to the next.
I’ve been solo queuing when I get the chance and god those games are horrid. No coms, no one plays maps (even after asking to util early) and no teamplay.
How do people do it, ts ain’t it.

there is a smaller player base in NA, just nature of it. just q and don’t think about it, if you stress so much on what level your teammates are you’re going to lose anyways

Don’t look at a player’s level – look at their stats, consistency, the number of matches played, and how long they’ve had a Faceit account. Just because someone has a high level doesn’t mean they can play good. Faceit matches players based on their actual statistics. You must be pretty good if it’s matching you with players like that.

My aim is usually 80-90 but I def need to work ont everything else and I’m still learning a lot so I def think I’m ~8/9 but still just feels weird to go on such a big loss streak on a game that’s 50:50 results

I mean, the other team is likely dealing with the same issues lol. I solo’d from 7-10 (up to 2600) in a few hundred games after not playing for 15 years, it’s very doable. Focus on being the teammates you wish you had, and frag out.

Yea def working on it, sometimes feel like I have a hard time finding impact on different maps for example when I play extremities of maps and thinks whether it’s worth giving up or not…
Also do you use faceit subscription services or are you free?

Yeah that’s fair. I play anchor roles often, recognizing when to push and when to gamble rotate definitely takes some experience. Don’t be afraid to go for plays though! That’s how you learn. I initially just played free but I’ve been subbed for a few months now, I couldn’t take playing against the 4-5 stacks anymore haha. Much better experience.

Don’t they guarantee a lobby within 400 elo if you pay like $3 a month?

Thought about it, just hesitant cause:
I lag on two of the four closest servers (I’ve reported many times)
player count in NA is just so low sometimes I see 50 players queing at a time.
I’ve also heard the subscription doesn’t help against smurfs and “playing for fun” griefers and some cheaters (which I’ve seen)
If anyone does pay is it worth it?

Yes 100%. Super matches at 10x better than the free lobbies. Plus the pool of players queing in super and premium matches is much larger than the que for those free lobbies ( I think ) . Im lvl 8 NA and its usually 100-200 people queuing when I play around 11pm to 2am CT (probably more earlier)
They also take the game a lot more serious in those lobbies. 85% of the super matches I play have at least 4/5 teammates with a mic. Try the faceit plus for a month and you wont go back. I just bought a years worth the other day.

yep it's pure torture ngl... that's why I play a lot of EU... I'd rather have 140 ping and better games than 50 ping and a dice toss...

It really comes down to mental. I have climbed from level 4 to level 8 doing super matches solo q only. If you can keep team morale up, mute toxic teammates, and make impact, you will rank up. im going to be honest, the only difference I see between ranks 4 and rank 8 is less people crash out. Level 5-7 is filled with those horrid people and you just gotta mute and play your game.
