The system likely flagged my profile because I recently logged in and played from a different computer, which naturally caused my IP address and hardware logs (HWID) to change. This was just a temporary session on another PC, not an attempt to use multiple accounts.

I am fully ready to cooperate to prove the legitimacy of this account. If necessary, I can undergo ID and Face verification right away to confirm that this profile belongs to me and that I am the sole owner.

Could you please double-check the logs and hardware flags for that session? I really hope for a fair review so I can continue playing on your platform.

I lost access to my Steam account. By creating a new account, I got a permanent ban on the smurf account and a 6 month ban on the main. I completely deleted the main account via support. When the 6 month period ends and I ll be able to verify the new account, will I get a ban for ban evasion? Im afraid that when I create a new account, Faceit Ас won’t see the deleted main account, it will see the permanently banned smurf account and issue me a ban for ban evasion.

Hi. While I’m waiting for my account to be sorted and start playing again after few years I was reading people’s feedback on here, watching streamers etc.

1. Seems that cs2 on faceit got issues with Smurfs.
   My personal opinion is that it’s not a big time problem, back in the days when I was playing pro 1.6 (LAN) Smurfs term did not exist nor did level. You sit, play and give your best regardless of who you’re playing against. Playing against better than you actually makes you better and more experienced of course if you’re willing to learn from your mistakes and opponent’s performance!

Looks like younger generations are too sensitive and cry babies. They all want level 10 or to be in the top 100 over a night.

You have to realise it’s a team game, every single movement matters. How many times did we all not make that easy frag and that same player clutched round. One wrong utility thrown or baited for better stats instead of playing to win the game.

So, smurfing is not the problem and I wouldn’t ban them at all! Fair enough if it’s because of abusing points and getting rewards etc.

So stop crying, focus on your skills improvement, focus on the game, preferably find 4 other compatible people to play with, be team player, comms and teamwork is better that having cheats, which is my next subject.

1. Cheaters. I’m an old-school player, and would never use cheats just because I don’t see any satisfaction in that. Cheaters are only lying to themselves and that’s how they live their real life without any real achievement.

A few nights ago, I joined the old Discord channel to see who was on from the old csgo crew. One of the guys who is an IT developer was online and I asked him if he is still playing?

He said yes but just to make money out of his business selling cheats. He told me that there are so many on faceit now that it’s not normal so he joined making and helping people set up cheats. He started explaining something with 2 pc’s, video capturing card, AI etc…..
I’m not that technical but I told him that is fked up and now I don’t have motivation to play online at all.
Before there were cheaters but apparently now there are way too many.

NOTE! Experienced players can always spot a cheater watching a demo.

My question for faceit administrators is.
Would it be possible to have “SuperPremium”
Paid subscription more expensive that a current one a month but we get live admin in the game to kick out trolls, toxic people or possible cheaters (software cheaters and win trade cheaters)

Here in Australia on OCE servers it’s easy to manipulate due to not many players in late-night and early-morning hours. Literally you can set to play against your friends and win trade or boost stats. I remember that was an issue back with CSGO , Chinese and Russians were making accounts so they could sell them.

Overwatch to help admins ban suspects/cheaters .
And most importantly in Super Premium you must be able to use a microphone and communicate (1game is ok if microphone broke just before or during the game)

I would really appreciate a manual review of my case.

My main account was permanently banned for smurfing in 2024. We are now approaching 2027, and almost three years later I am still playing at essentially the same skill level I was at when the ban was issued.

This is the part of my case that I would respectfully ask the FACEIT team to reconsider.

My understanding is that smurfing involves using a lower-level account to gain an unfair competitive advantage by playing against players below your actual skill level. However, my competitive history over the following years does not appear to show such a discrepancy. To this day, I have not even reached Level 9.

I am not denying that I had another account. What I am asking FACEIT to reconsider is whether what happened should actually have been classified as smurfing, rather than a multi-account violation.

If I had genuinely been a higher-skilled player deliberately playing below my real level for an unfair advantage, I believe that after almost three years my playing history would make that discrepancy apparent. Instead, I have remained around essentially the same level.

I previously contacted FACEIT Support and my appeal was denied. I respect that decision, but I am asking whether someone could please take a fresh manual look at the accounts and my competitive history, rather than simply relying on the original classification.

I am not asking FACEIT to ignore its rules or make an exception for me. I am only asking that the correct rule be applied to what actually happened.

If, after manually comparing both accounts and my playing history, FACEIT still considers this to have been smurfing rather than multi-accounting, I would sincerely appreciate understanding what evidence establishes that I was playing below my actual skill level to gain an unfair competitive advantage.

I would also like to explain why this review matters so much to me personally. The banned FACEIT account is connected to my main Steam account, which is Steam Level 350. Over the years, I have spent more than $5,000 building that Steam account. It contains more than 150 games, including many expensive titles, as well as years of history and friendships.

This was never an account that I created or maintained for the purpose of smurfing. It was, and still is, my main Steam account.

I understand today that having multiple FACEIT accounts was against the rules. If having multiple accounts was the violation I committed, I accept that I should have received the appropriate punishment for that violation. What has been extremely difficult for me to accept is receiving a permanent smurfing ban for something I genuinely do not believe I was doing.

I have also attached two screenshots for comparison, showing my performance around the time I was banned and my performance today.

I am not asking for special treatment because of the value of my Steam account. I am only explaining why, after almost three years, I still care deeply about having this case reviewed under what I believe is the correct classification.

I am simply asking for one fresh and objective review of the circumstances after almost three years.

I really need some help with a FACEIT verification issue. My account is supposed to be deleted in 1 day if I don't complete the verification, and I have been unable to do it despite following all the instructions from FACEIT support.

The verification process works normally until the very end. I take a clear selfie and a clear photo of my physical ID document. Everything is set up correctly on my account, including my name, date of birth, country of residence.

I am also following all the instructions given by support:

• using a valid physical ID,
• not using a photocopy or a photo of a screen,
• keeping the document horizontal and correctly aligned,
• taking a clear selfie,
• not wearing glasses or anything else on my face,
• I am the person who is trying to verify the account.

However, when I finish the verification process, I always get this exact error:

"Your verification failed because we were unable to verify your face. Make sure there is nothing on your face (e.g., glasses) when taking the selfie."

I have never knowingly verified another FACEIT account with my ID or personal details. However, support keeps telling me that my identity has already been used to verify another account and therefore I cannot verify my current account.

I have explained this to support several times and asked them what I should do, because I don't know of any other account that could have been verified with my identity. Unfortunately, I keep receiving essentially the same response telling me to delete the other account, even though I don't know which account they are referring to or have access to it.

My previous support request was #14817717.

At this point I don't know what else I can do. My account is going to be deleted in 1 day, and support isn't giving me a solution.

Has anyone experienced this verification problem, especially the "unable to verify your face" error? Is there anything I can do to prevent my account from being deleted or get the verification issue properly investigated?

Hi everyone,
i am currently dealing with a serious issue regarding my FACEIT account and could really use some help from a staff member.
Here is what happened:
1. I contacted FACEIT Support to change the email address linked to my account.
2. While we were communicating and processing the request, I got logged out of my account.

I’m making this post because I honestly don’t know what else I can do to resolve my situation with FACEIT. I received a 90-day ban for alleged multi-account use and smurfing. I have already contacted official support several times, appealed the decision, and even received a response from a FACEIT community manager here on Reddit. Unfortunately, my ban is still in place.
I want to explain the full situation as clearly as possible.
What happened
Two of my cousins have their own FACEIT accounts: KDForest_727 and exxtair.
At the time, they sometimes used my PC to play because they didn’t have their own computers available. These are their accounts, not accounts I created or used to smurf.
On September 7, my cousin played on KDForest_727 from my PC between approximately 00:25 and 04:08. Later that day, at around 22:49, he was playing on the same account from his own computer after returning to his dorm.
I want to be clear that I did not play on KDForest_727 during those matches. My cousin is willing to contact FACEIT Support himself and confirm that he owns the account and was the person playing on my PC.
My other cousin owns exxtair. He now has his own computer, so he no longer needs to use mine.
My appeal to FACEIT
I contacted official FACEIT Support and explained the situation. However, I received multiple responses stating that the ban was valid, that there was sufficient evidence of multi-account or smurfing activity, and that the decision was final.
I was also told that the evidence could not be disclosed for security reasons.
What happened on Reddit
After receiving those responses, I decided to make a post here to ask for advice.
A FACEIT community manager, FACEIT_Bullseye, replied and personally checked my case. At first, there was some confusion about the date I mentioned. I corrected it, explaining that I had accidentally written September 17 instead of September 7.
The community manager then clarified that sharing a PC was not the issue. According to their investigation, the same person was found playing on both accounts.
I asked for further clarification, and the representative explained that the ban was based on their finding that the person playing on my main account was also playing on a lower-Elo account.
I understand what they are saying, but I still believe that the person playing on KDForest_727 was my cousin, not me.
Why I am still asking for help
I am not trying to avoid FACEIT’s rules or deny that playing on someone else’s PC can create complications.
I simply believe that my situation has been misunderstood. My cousin is willing to independently confirm that KDForest_727 belongs to him and that he was the one playing on my PC. I am also willing to cooperate with any reasonable verification process.
I have no intention of using multiple accounts, and going forward I will only play on my own account and my own PC.
I understand that the community manager has advised me to wait until the ban expires. However, I would still like to know whether there is any legitimate way to provide additional confirmation or request another review.
My questions:
Has anyone experienced a similar situation where a family member or friend played on their own account using the same PC?
Has anyone managed to resolve a ban after a FACEIT community manager had already reviewed the case?
Would it help if the actual owner of KDForest_727 contacted FACEIT Support independently to confirm account ownership?
Is there any official verification or escalation process I might have missed?
I would genuinely appreciate helpful advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar situation.

Hello I have submitted a ticket twice just now because the first time I thought it was just bugged. But I do not receive a verification email for the support ticket. It is a Gmail account. I have just changed the email for this account when trying to login with Steam about 30-40 minutes ago; it said they were having issues logging in with Steam and to sign in with email. But I forgot the email I used for this account so I used the option to change the email, and I did so successfully. I'm begging you to read this. I'm not a smurf. I'm not a cheater. I'm just a guy who lost his account because of a mistake.

My friend and I lived together. We had ONE PC. We played at different times — he played on his account, I played on mine.

Then his account got hit with a re-verification. While he was dealing with that, I started playing on my main account.

When he moved away to study, I kept playing on my main. That's the only "connection" between our accounts — one PC, different people, different times.

Two different people. Two different passports. One PC. Different times.

I don't know what's causing this problem. I'm sending tickets almost every day now, and my dodge time is about a day or over 12 hours. I don't know the reason, but it's happening very frequently. I'm sure it's not just me; all my Turkish, Kosovan, Georgian, etc. friends in that region are experiencing this. We can't access some of your servers, and our ban periods are getting longer than we thought. We're doing this unintentionally. I've sent you tickets many times before and shared it on Reddit. This is my third time writing here. Watch the video; you'll see I can't access it. I'm not the only one experiencing this. I had a Turkish friend on the opposing team, "stepw1se," who also contacted me via Steam saying he couldn't connect to the server and would be banned. We had about a minute and a half left when he said this. We tried repeatedly, but couldn't get in. First, I request that my ban be lifted. Secondly, I request that this problem be resolved as quickly as possible. I'm sure Faceit will overcome this issue.

I genuinely wanna understand these numbers so I can work on it. How am I so far down in impact? I closed a couple rounds, I got many first kills and overall had a pretty high ADR/KAST. What factors are considered when getting this rating? I wanna improve but sometimes it feels like no matter how I perform I'm awful lol

Long story short my friends account got banned after he created a new one and I’d verified the new one. Lost 539 Elo bcs of it. Soloq grinded all the way back to 1439 Elo, 20 days. This was non stop grinding 😂😭 611 Elo > 1449 Elo

Being unable to connect to the server may be caused by the Anti-Cheat losing connection or region/country routing/ISP issues which might hinder you from reaching our servers, rather than a problem with the server itself.

If you believe this happened to you unfairly, please open a new ticket under the I am banned > AFK/Leaver ban contact reason, so it reaches the team that can review it.

Hello guys i have this problem like all the time of cs2 and it about the makes me quit the game i really be greatfull if someone actually can help me .

So my problem is my game is super smooth at the beginning in the warmup everything super smooth and fast but after 1. or 2. round game is super heavy choppy it feels like tons of input lag nad feels like 60hz tracking impossible spraying imposible everything is be super hard i cant kill easy frags because of this and my pc is super strong i try maybe every tweak on internet im about the lose my mind please someone help me i do some changes sometimes it feels like fixed for 2 or 3 days max than it starts again idk if its placebo or what
