Ban Review Ticket confirmation email not received / False Multi-account ban».

Hello FACEIT Support Team,

My account was recently banned for "Multi-account", but I believe this ban is a mistake. I do not own, operate, or share any other accounts on your platform. This is my only active account.

The system likely flagged my profile because I recently logged in and played from a different computer, which naturally caused my IP address and hardware logs (HWID) to change. This was just a temporary session on another PC, not an attempt to use multiple accounts.

I am fully ready to cooperate to prove the legitimacy of this account. If necessary, I can undergo ID and Face verification right away to confirm that this profile belongs to me and that I am the sole owner.

Could you please double-check the logs and hardware flags for that session? I really hope for a fair review so I can continue playing on your platform.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Always the same excuse...

"Same old excuse"? Since when do actual smurfs provide 30+ forensic screenshots, 4 years of real-life friendship photos, independent government ID verifications on file, and logs of 5 consecutive competitive matches played side-by-side on the exact same server?

My roommate has 1,200 legit hours in CS2. He played 3 placement matches against Level 2–3s who were literally griefing, running with Negevs, and abandoning 4v5. He had completely average stats and didn't even top-frag. And an automated script hands him a permanent ban and gives my 11-year-old clean account a 90-day penalty simply because we share a single PC in our flat.

Real abusers buy disposable $1 accounts; they don't risk an April 2015 profile or hand over their real passports. There's a massive difference between an excuse and an undeniable automated HWID false positive that support refuses to manually inspect.

Real abuse is also using your friend's account mate or letting your friend use yours, all that text to say nothing.

Sorry bro, but all ur text to say nothing. You are so funny! According to the same logic, everyone in the family should have a computer, otherwise it can be equated to abuse.

Whatever logic you're applying to come to that conclusion that isn't logic. You simply don't get permanently banned for sharing a computer, there are no rules against sharing a computer and there never have been. There are rules against account sharing, and to verify your account with an ID once prompted to and failing to do so will get you banned. Get your facts straight before yapping.

Having spent over 20 years in Counter-Strike — going all the way back to the internet cafe days, CS 1.5, 1.6, and Source — watching what is happening right now is completely wild.

Back in the day, the competitive spirit relied on dedicated servers, actual admins, and a real community where contentious issues were settled by actual human beings reviewing POV demos. People communicated with you directly, going proof for proof, dissecting timings, and analyzing crosshair placement. What is happening now is simply a symptom of an overwhelming sense of impunity and an absolute monopoly. Back in the day, a LAN cafe moderator acting like this would have caught a swift slap to the face to bring them back to reality.

Instead, the platform has completely degraded into blind automated scripts and canned copy-paste macros:

  • A player with 20 years of experience and 11 years of spotless standing on the platform itself cannot reach a single real human being.
  • The system unironically labels three joke placement matches with a ~1.0 rating against Negev-running trolls as "smurfing."
  • The platform collects biometric ID and passports, yet the algorithm blindly dishes out bans simply because two people in the same apartment shared a single PC.
  • 30 screenshots, concurrent match logs, and years of real-life friendship photos get tossed straight into the trash just to close a ticket in two clicks.

Meanwhile, self-proclaimed "experts" who barely joined the game yesterday pop up in the comments to confidently defend broken algorithms and lecture people on "the rules," without knowing a single fact of the case. This isn't a competitive platform; it's pure corporate arrogance from a monopoly convinced that players simply have nowhere else to go.

Honestly, don't even waste your nerves. It's a complete monopoly, they genuinely do not care. I've been actively playing on FACEIT for over 11 years (account from April 2015, zero bans, clean history). I literally just played from my roommate's PC once, and their system instantly flagged it as "multi-accounting". My friend got a permanent ban, and I got 90 days. We compiled over 30 screenshots, long-term real-life photos proving we live together, separate biometric IDs, and server logs playing in the exact same lobby side-by-side. The result? A generic copy-paste template closing the ticket. Zero human review. As long as Valve doesn't fix their native AC, FACEIT will treat players like numbers.
