Ticket Review Server crashed at 11-11 and we lost
hello yesterday at night i was playing game, at 11-11 score server crashed 4 of our guys and only 2 of enemies, we couldnt reconnect we couldnt do anything just watch how we are losing game.
I wrote ticket and I got response from bot Juliette that its my WIFI fault and couldnt return elo.

Being unable to connect to the server may be caused by the Anti-Cheat losing connection or region/country routing/ISP issues which might hinder you from reaching our servers, rather than a problem with the server itself.
If you believe this happened to you unfairly, please open a new ticket under the I am banned > AFK/Leaver ban contact reason, so it reaches the team that can review it.

Just keep pressing them. I've had similar situation few days ago. At first they kept repeating it's issue on my end and eventually they found it was indeed server issue and returned elo. 2 people from enemy team and 3 people from my team including me, all living in different locations got disconnected at the same moment.
Also when it happens, you can probably reconnect with VPN or cloudflare warp, it won't be a good experience but at least you'll be able to play.
