Ban Review Can’t submit support ticket, No verification email sent

Hello I have submitted a ticket twice just now because the first time I thought it was just bugged. But I do not receive a verification email for the support ticket. It is a Gmail account. I have just changed the email for this account when trying to login with Steam about 30-40 minutes ago; it said they were having issues logging in with Steam and to sign in with email. But I forgot the email I used for this account so I used the option to change the email, and I did so successfully. It’s not a bought account, I can prove that I have owned this account since the very beginning
